PIP tu work performance. so meaning your performance merundum, u have been given at least 2 performance review yang below par. so apa masalah sebenarnya ni

PIP is not the end of the career.

Bila boss letak employee under PIP, maksudnya boss acknowledge that performance employee tu below expectation. maybe ada benda2 yg menyebabkan tetiba performance drop.

PIP sebenarnya is second chance utk employee to prove that she is still valuable to the company.

So, first thing is, understand why you are under PIP. What is the expectation of the PIP, both employee and employer. then assess whether the PIP suggested by your boss, will help to solve your performance issue? if yes, then agree with the pip, execute and excel. if no, request for a different PIP.

PIP is a two-way action, both employee and employer should agree before initiating a PIP.

I've seen employee on PIP before, turns out well and become one of the key employees in the organization.

Sbb apa ye kena PIP? Dalam plan tu ada bagitahu tak, apa yang awak kena buat? Performance tracking by superior ke? Dalam masa ni awak cuba belajar selagi boleh. Takut juga Kalau ini cara nak buang pekerja. Be strong and keep learning. You can do it.

Salam minah. PIP ni bagi aku bukan la end of career, cuma company dah cop kita ni tak perform. Macam company aku mengamalkan force ranking, meaning kalau ada 10 Einsteins, akan ada Einsteins yg top dan ada yg tak perform. Sangat2 competitive, dan kawan2 yg berada dalam bottom 3rd, PIP menanti la.

Cuma dari apa yang aku tengok di company aku ni, semasa dalam PIP ni employee akan diberi peluang untuk keluar dari program tu, dengan buat macam2 la, improvement, sharing, keluarkan idea2 yang boleh tambah productiviti team, macam2 lagi la. Dan setiap minggu kena mengadap team lead or supervisor untuk update progress. Biasanya team lead dan supervisor ni yang akan tolong suggest or lead personnel yang dalam PIP tu untuk betul2 berjaya dan keluar dari PIP, sebab if diorang succeed, team lead and supervisor tadi akan tulis kejayaan diorang menolong personnel keluar dari PIP dalam list of achievement diorang, for their own ranking pulak

tapi ni company aku la, aku tak sure company lain macamana. Cuma apa2 pun minah kena sabar la, dan jangan negatif fikir nak kena buang ke apa. In Shaa Allah semua ok, dan mana tau kalau betul2 minah perform or contribute something masa dalam PIP, dapat survive dan keluar dari program tu...mana tau kann..tapi so far dari apa yg aku tengok, gaji memang tak naik la for that year.
