Ken rimba. Ni je la area aku nak dan harga ikut kemampuan aku. Ha aku ada la usha sri muda masa awal2 survey rumah, laki aku cakap sri muda rejek situ byk jenayah katanya dan byk pati. Mmg murah2 situ.

Jalan kebun klang pun murah2 lg.. ada area mana tah kt klang landed house harga 300k + luas juga tp mostly chinese duduk situ.

Tp aku decide nk beli kt shah alam ja senang.

Selangorku punya rumah ada kat gamuda garden, sg buloh.
Aku dalam dilema. Dah biasa tinggal rumah atas angin, tapi family makin membesar, kena cari bigger/landed house. Selain faktor duit, aku risau dengan faktor keselamatan. Duduk rumah atas angin, tutup pintu dah. Kat atas tanah, pagar pintu depan belakang, tingkap nk kena check selalu

Beli kondo kat bangi 700k ewwww kecik giler rupanya 950kaki 3 bilik ni dah la takder balcony jilaker....nak beli yg 1500 kaki cecah sejuta lebih amik kau....

Yg i usha skrg teres 3 bilik 972sqf. Intermediate RM223k, kalau corner RM260k. Tu pun dah kira besar dah banding ada sebuah lg.

Nangis je la rumah memanjang ke belakang tapi bukaan tak lebar
