dekat darulaman golf club itu kah? .....dekat dengan lake ...if so memang harga naik ..my mum ada recce di situ 8 years ago if tidak lupa harga baru 650k to 800k i ada sekali ..tidak beli prolly akan banjir ada flood history...i ingat lagi ada makcik dan pakcik pergi beli rumah 6 units untuk anak anak ... untuk approved account  mampu bayar mereka bagi bank statement 10 million ....

kalau mahu cari tanah untuk investment cari di langkawi 1 lot boleh lagi dapat below 50k ....beli simpan .... selalu nya tuan tanah ....ada tanah yang strategic mereka sewa kan tanah saja...selalu nya sepet yang sewa buat hotel sebab non bumi

Rumah tok aku jaga ni x banjir.. 2005 dan 2010 Alhamdulillah tak kena banjir.. Baru ni jiran sebelah nak jual rumah 300k.. Tepi jalan.. Kalau atas sikit sebelum asun ada depa nak jual dlm 500k termasuk rumah + kebun buah2..

Kalau yg spa aku selalu pi tu, dia buat homestay juga.. Cantik style Bali rumah dia.

Skrg anak tok aku jaga nak jual bendang kat Perlis..

Nak cari landed house jaman sekarang better cari yg gated dan ada security.... kalau taknak kena rampok, rogol dan tetak kepala oleh perompak dan rempit.... dulu pernah sewa landed takder gated...1st incident jiran kena rompak dgn rempit naik Y125z pagi2 buta nak gi keja masa nak tutup pagar. 2nd incident rumah aku kena pecah masa gi keja...hilang TV LED 50in baru beli seminggu.... sejak tu abam tak berani kalau tak gated melainkan abam ayahda kawasan!!

Setuju. Tapi yang gated n guard ni mahal sikit la. Untuk safety, why not kan? Tapi after few years, habis je developer coverage untuk guard tu, confirm ramai owner n resident yang takkan bayar guard tu. Hangin betul! Ada kawan iols complaint mahal..rm75 je per month kot. Bising dia kena bayar guard etc.
