aiyaaa, dulu2  i mmg minum nescafe/kopi  dgn susu pekat.. bertahun pulak tu.
sejak tahun lps je i stop tp ganti dgn madu la, gula perang la, stevia la..
now je stop gula terus. tp desserts mkn jgk cuma kalau ada, mkn. kalau tak de, x cari..

Yup..i mmg kena exercise..tu pun slow sgt2 skng ni progress I..i rasa mmg culprit betul gula ng I..tu je kot..cuma I x sedar nak cut gula tu x jgk buat2..dah 2-3 weeks ni mmg I kayuh bicycle machine tu dlm 40 mnt 5 kali seminggu..gula pun seminggu sekali I mkn 2 keping kuih or sepotong kek..nak try 2 weeks br mkn manis cmne..huhu

I akan jd lapar dlm 3-4 jam lepas exercise..tp tu la dgn buat IF tu, dah x boleh makan plak..mmg selalu choice utk exercise tu ptg2 la..harap2 lapar terus tido..or sblm buka puasa IF..tu pun kdg dah x larat plak..cabaran betul nak kurus ni..hahaha

I mcm dah x kuat semangat sbb weight plateau ni sbnrnya. I dah turun lebih 10 kg. Tp ada lagi belas kg nak ke ideal weight. Tp serious i mcm dah putus asa. Now x naik basikal dah. X jogging dah. Makan pn x jaga sgt. Sbb sedih mcm sama je xde perubahan. Susah payah catu makan, excercise bagai tp ttp x gerak. So i give up. Ada sapa2 boleh bg penampaq sira x? Hahaha

Bulan ke 2 dh nmpak hasil...smpai skrg buat lagi..lama2 tekak & perut ni paham dah bahasa mkn mcm tu..saya buat pun 5 hari je..sabtu ahad cheat day..kita dgn family kan..isnin mula balik..jadinya mcm terkawal gitu..ada jgak la dlm 5 hari tu cheat day..bergantung situasi..tapi tulah badan kita ni tak sama..cara mcm ni saya ok..yg penting gigih cekal tau..

Ok nk tanya sikit those yg dah kurang berat let say 20-30kgs tu, mcm mn body berubah, kulit badan berkedut atau saggy tak, mcm mn dgn breast, kendur tak, our butt? Our kulit perut. I nk kurang kan at least 25-30 kg. Tp tu concern utama i keadaan kulit n body lepas turun berat tu

I think when u nk lose weight, try buat lifting. It helps tone ur body, 20-30kg most probably if lucky. Try letak lotion yg pregnant mother selalu letak.

br nampak thread ni...i pun nk strt diet ni lps bersalin, harap2 dpt la turun sblm raya. br hari ke 3, buat eat clean..dh turun 1.9kg..chaiyok2 uollss

Keep going sis..jangan putus asa..kadang berat x turun tp inch loss ada..jangan putus asa ok..letak penimbang jaoh2 sebulan and continue diet macam biasa..u can do it.

BADAN naik teruk lepas operation, nak kuruskan susahnya.. 10 kgs naik.. org asyik cakap i gemuk, memang i ada makan ubat2an , antibiotik, ubat hormon , pain killer and all.. sebab ubat ke i gemuk ek? i bagi tau my Dr, tapi dia ckp tak ada kaitan

saya pernah komen sebelum ni
buat diet suku2 separuh awal jan (80kg)
Alhamdulillah skang Julai dapat berat 75kg
Air manis mmg tinggal
Saya campur pulak dengan IF, diet atkins, motor diet
Nak buang lagi 10 kg huhuu

I dah turun dlm 19kg dr july thn lps i start. Tp dah 6 bulan i stuck kat 68kg. Baru repeat liver detox dgn gm diet. Tp x turun lgsg. Now i stress. X tau nak buat apa dah. Makan dah control. Hari2 naik basikal bodo dgn skipping. Frust.
