Newbie thread- pengalaman shopping online

Hi uols.. sajeje bukak thread memandangkan i nubis kan nak kumpul points..
I share satu pengalaman shopping sepanjang pkp aritu.. memang hari-hari bukak apps lazada or shopee.. tapi ai kedekut sikit beli bila free shipping hihiii
Ok, pengalaman buruk adalah beli dgn seller chiwawa.. seller malaysia.. nama cam anjing chihuahua pulak kan.. ok balik pd seller ni.. i beli sebab murah yg i nak tu.. kbetulan my fren yg suggest bnde tu.. tp beza sheols beli lazada ai beli shopee sbb ai mmg suka beli kat shopee..
Nak dijadikan cite, mmg baca review dkt barang tu je xbaca rating&review kat shop.. mmg ok la review from buyers. Ok proceed. Tgu seminggu my fren dpt dlu barang dia and dia ckp la barang ok yada yada sume tu.. my barang xberganjak preparing je bg no track tp xde pon dlm sistem poslaju.. bila chat seller mmg tak pernah ber reply la..
Ok i sabar jelah sbb dh kwn ai dpt barang tu elok dan dia puashati kan. So tunggu2 lagi dh masuk 3 mggu and suprisingly tarikh pengeposan from seller naik sampai lebih sebulan. Bila chat autoreply. Sampah ok. Kalu pre order kita pon paham kan but always ckp readystock dkt auto reply dia tu.
Then i decided to cancel and suprisingly again! Cepat je dia refund! Nampak sgt barang tu takde dgn dia pon. Means pre order la kot. Seperti biasa i report seller tu kat shopee sume and i sekolahkan la sikit seller tu walau i tau dia xbaca pon kot..
Kesimpulannya, Kalu sebab courier problem sume org akan paham kot and i pon xde la rasa nak karah tapi it comes from the seller itself.. peram order ke bermasalah ke apa idk..

I selalu beli dkt shopee jugak. Selama ni ok je. Tapi kali ni beli telekung 3, masa nak beli tu i cek kata brg ready stok. Lepas dah buat payment, check blk tgk brg akan di pos lambat lg.
Tunggu punya tunggu, i check review page dia. Ade je customer lain dh dpt brg. Tapi bila i chat, seller diam membisu. Lepas fews days i chat tu, seller pos brg i. Tp bila brg sampai, color lain lah pulak. Agak bengang la jugak. Dah la tunggu lama, chats x reply lepastu brg sampai, color salah pulak. I suspect seller mmg saje bg salah color.
Mcm mana u sekolah kan seller tu? I mmg xpernah “terkena” b4 this. |

1) u bagi review seiklas hati u sbb mmg seller salah kan?
2) i report by email bersama bukti apa yg i beli sekian2
I rasa seller tergugat gak kalu kita bagi rating/ review teruk..
I tak marah kalu dh pos then xsampai2 sebab mmg kita tau skang courier byk giler barang.. ni masalah seller duk peram order..
Nasib shopee ni selagi kita tak tekan received selagi tu duit xrelease ke seller kan? |

Pernah beli kat shoppee juga..
Punya lah lama beli.. Sampai terlupa pasal order barang tu..
Tau2 depa bg refund je. Sebab ada record agaknye, brg tak diproses.. Dah lama sgt..
Hee.. Ai tak buat aduan. Sbb tak teringat lgsung beli brg tu.

Nasib kan shopee ade policy yg mcm dia x release duit tu kat seller selagi kita tak klik order received.. kalu lazada i xpernah lagi cancel order... sebab lebih suka guna features dlm shopee.. lazada ai jdk rambang xtau nk klik yg mane byk sgt.. |

Memang depa seller takut dgn rating.. harap sgt la ada rating/ leh komen utk cancel order.. hihihii
I bengang betol aritu.. memang panjng i chat sller chiwawa tu marah dia.. online je.. tapi xtau dia baca tak..

U beli apa? Mostly i type kat facebook org beli air fryer dia.. memang baca deyols pon cakap tggu lama nak dapat air fryer tu. |

i pernah beli brg 2 tp sampai 1 je....ble chat lambat reply...dh ugut nk email report pd shoppee br lh terhegeh2 nk mintk maaf...bile die dh hntr brg yg ke 2 sruh i tarik report dgn shoppee...last2 i review bg 1 bintang pastu membebel pjg2...seller mmg takut kalau kita bg bad review...i klu ade nmpk bad review mmg xkan bli dgn seller tu |

Betol itu je cara nak ajar seller.. eh i byknkali tau report seller tu.. last option i email, terus cs shopee email blk suh i cancelkan..
I ckp stkt u advise i cmni i pon tau.. i nk jwpn why dia xpost out my barang.. jgn tipu customer.. i xtau la ape si seller tu kena dgn shopee.. arap dia belajar la |

I have both good and bad experiences with online shopping. Not all products will have the best quality in online stores. I have bought a DSLR tripod stand on time, this we can get at even a cheap price in physical stores.
But I have also bought Sony headphones, which are having the best quality at a discounted price. Shopping online depends on what kind of product you want to buy.
From then I always check prices and reviews of online products with other online stores and also sometimes in physical stores.
My advice is to research and plan well before buying anything,mostly check reviews of products and also prices.
The best benefit of online shopping is we can save more in online shopping compared to shopping in malls or nearby physical stores.
For most of the products we can find coupons, there are coupon websites like Rezeem Philippines which gives the latest and updated coupons of all online stores.
I suggest to shop online with coupons & vouchers to save more. |

Nasib la. Harap2 sampai. Mcm2 org komplain dlm FB shopee.
for the record aku byr 03/05 dan hari ni blm sampai lagi. Masih status overnight parcel di Hub Subang Perdana. Nak self collect tak boleh sbb dia tak susun. So tunggu je la. |

Yes j&t problem pulak dah.. i punya la lama dh smpai kat kawasan iols tapi deyols g peram.. so sehari seblum raya i pegi sane.. tghri pegi cakap barang dh ada tapi xboleh lagi ambik sebab org jaga apetah.. pastu last2 ptg tu suh iols ambik sblm kul 630 kat sane.. boleh i pakai baju raya.. kalu dak kain batik ajelah ye hahahahaha
For your info sblm ni my area memang xde problem j&t masa org duk kecoh2 tu.. |

For the record. Brg aku yg beli pada 3/5 sampai pada raya pertama. Chinese guy bawak estima yg hantar. Dia kata dia part time hantar.
Alhmadullihah. Sejuk la sikit rumah aku raya.
