aku dulu pernah buat bisnes kecil2an..so bila campur ngan gaji aku kerja..adalah byk sket..
so dia punya datang berlagak tuh mmg best aa..beli itu beli ini..
tup tap2..lingkup dan terus melingkup..
so kerja makan gaji blk..

moral of the story.. - Jangan Berlagak dan Sedar Diri  -
dulu aku berlagak sket bila ada duit byk..alaa tak byk pun..cuma perasan byk..
cuma perasaan berlagak tu lagi byk dari duit..

maksudnya.. kegagalan tu adalah bukan kegagalan tetapi satu proses untuk berjaya ? betui ka sifu?

yeap...kebanyakkan orang yg berjaya adalah orang yg banyak belajar..
samada daripada orang lain ataupun daripada kesilapan sendiri..
orang yg TAHU dia berbuat silap..dan MENGAKU bahawa dia memang berbuat silap..

semua itu adalah proses2 yg harus dilalui oleh maner2 usahawan sebelum berjumpa formula atau informasi yg tepat..
dari situ kiter belajar bagaimana dan di mana kiter boleh dapatkan sesuatu produk dengan harga dan kualiti yg terbaik..
mungkin jugak kiter perlu belajar lagek ilmu komunikasi dan negotiation yg betul..

it doesn't wrong with mistakes..
but the question is..
how many mistakes can we afford before reach THAT level ?

wouldn't it be easier/less cost if we learn it from other's mistakes rather than make one ??

anyway, any successful entreprenuers wouldn't share everything he/she know with u..
in simple words - to be a successful bussinessman, we have to be a good observer first..

orang yg berbuat silap akan berusaha memperbaiki kesilapan yg dibuat..
orang yg gagal seringkali mengulang2 kesilapan yg samer..

14. Dishonesty.

15. Not fixing mistakes.

16. Not completing tasks in a timely manner.

17. Inability to follow-up.  You should always follow-up by email, snail mail, or phone.

18. Not listening to client or customer.  Talking too much.

19. Spending too little.  It takes money to make money.

20. Spending too much.  Purchasing items when you don抰 need them, upgrading when the older version will do, letting suppliers talk you into things you cannot afford, and not budgeting.

21. Being unprepared for fluctuations in business.  Boom times when demands are high as well as slow times when you are struggling to get by. (Put money away during boom times to prepare for slow times.)

22. Lack of diversification.  If you only offer one product or service, losing it can destroy your business.

23. Reputation.  While a good reputation will gain you tons of business, a bad reputation could close your business.

24. Cockiness.  There is nothing wrong with feeling great about your products, services, or accomplishments.  Just don抰 let pride and arrogance destroy your customer relations.

25. Discouragement.  Giving in to your feelings of discouragement, when things do not work out the way you planned or succeed as fast as you thought.  Also allowing others to feed on any discouragement you may already feel.

Ramai usahawan, pakai PDA phone punya canggih harga RM3 ribu sebijik tetapi tak tau:
- berapa total hutang belum bayar?
- berapa total hutang belum terima
- berapa jumlah duit dalam akaun hari ini
- apa barang perlu order baru dan berapa kosnya semua ..

dan lain-lainn

semua maklumat ini kena sentiasa ada dalam poket. Orang Cina totok pakai buku 555 untuk tulis. Orang Cina cekap kawal duit. Tetapi orang zaman ini ada telefon canggih bagai tapi maklumat ini semua bila ditanya: eeeerrrr saya tak tau ler, nanti saya kira dahulu .....

sewaktu kerja dulu, benda ni yg elle print hari2 letak atas meja bos pagi2
bila compny sendiri tak sempat la nk check hari2. incoming n outgoing cheque pun buat seminggu sekali.

Punca bisnes gagal

YAb menteri Kewangan 2 sering mmberikan nasihat berbentuk terbalik.Jika para penceramah motivasi selalu melaungkan2 cara2 nak berjaya,beliau sebaliknya suka menasihati dgn memberi tips org yang gagal,supaya usahawan tidak gagal.

Maka trlintas idea nk share kat usahawan ttg pun ca gagal bsnes ,antaranya :

Punca perniagaan gagal.
1.Lokasi tidak strategik.
2.Terlalu banyak persaingan.
3.Pemasaran tidak efisien.
4.Membazir dan boros.
5.Bebanan hutang tidak terurus.
6.Stok berlebihan.
7.Kelembapan ekonomi negara.
8.Sifat peribadi peniaga.
9.Bencana dan mala petaka.
10.Kecurian.
11.Sabotaj.
12.Tidak mendengar pandangan pelanggan.
13.Penipuan.
14.Bertindak tanpa berfikir.

Aku kerja di Bahagian Usahawan, punca utama gagal ialah PEMASARAN YANG TIDAK CEKAP.
Orang kita mampu mencipta atau membuat produk  yang hebat-hebat, tapi sangkut kerana tidak cekap membuat pemasaran produk. Kebanyakan orang kita hanya mampu menjual @ memasarkan produk di pasar malam @ tani, menjual di kedai @ warung kecil di tepi jalan, melalui jualan karnival @ ekspo tertentu, melalui saudara @ rakan dan sumber @ medium yang terhad.
