Persiapan utk Retirement

Saya buat dan invest di Unit Trust sebagai persediaan persaraan.
Tahun 2011 start withdraw EPF Akaun 1 ke Unit Trust.
Since dah ada 6 funds dalam unit trust so tahun ni saya ambil kursus untuk jadi Unit Trust Consultant dengan niat untuk manage funds sendiri selain funds keluarga yang join unit trust dengan saya.

Sekarang dah boleh tarikh nafas lega sebab ada jugak investment untuk bersara nanti.
Next plan, cash dari komisyen sebagai UTC saya mungkin jadikan modal untuk buat trading.

Pandai uolz, very good planning at young age.. dulu i pun ada appoint financial manager.. skang dah terminate diorang tuh.... sbb pemalas nak switching fund, always keep me in the dark  takut i terlebih pandai dari mereka, nak make sure i continuously bergantung pada mereka for reinvestments....

tp sejak zaman serba digital ni... i manage my own i-epf investment dlm unit trust tu... been doing great, dah making money double digits return, more than 20% nowadays within the past 3 months.... both ASB1 and ASB2 i tak pakai duit EPF,  i pakai my own cash sbb its soooooo low risk, not gonna lose my money there... sentiasa positif, so better letak cash je dalam tu

I bukan terlahir kaya u.. i makan gaji sahaja... cuma i've been guided with the right person.. my late mom kerja pejabat tanah, dia yg advise i beli tanah2 kat mana2 based on perancangan bandar & wilayah.. duit mas kawen i, i beli tanah utk build resort, sedangkan org lain beli emas...

Husband i makan gaji, but he is very active in investments.. emas, trading, properties residential, commercial semua dia balun... kitorg tengah work on other properties /business as our LEGACY... bak kata husband i, kerja kitorg sekarang  cannot be passed on as legacy to our children, so kita kena work on something supaya keturunan kita senang terjaga.... i mmg nak menten kerja sampai anak2 umur 18 tahun, sbb company ada provide biasiswa utk anak kakitangan  insyaAllah.... disamping sspn-i dan sspn-i plus

Lepas settle all those LEGACY, boleh buat trustees pulak... supaya tiada salah guna dalam pengurusan harta itu

my in laws mmg business minded people, tp dah retire, focus aktiviti kebajikan saja nowadays

Wow salute saya suka sembang business dengan business minded macam green-tea. Rasa luas fikiran.
Business hartanah kalau tahu selok-belok memang boleh bawa untung. Apatah lagi ur mom terror bab tanah tak yah study National Land Code. Berdasarkan pengalaman ur mom silap haribulan we all yang belajar pasal undang-undang tanah ni pun tak boleh challenge.

So far saya nak start dulu dengan investment unit trust dan trading memandangkan takde banyak cash, gain ilmu sebanyak mungkin. Dalam tempoh tu mesti puas jatuh bangun tersungkur semua baru dapat hasilnya. At the same time belajar ilmu-ilmu perniagaan lain seperti yang green-tea share..

By the way semoga green-tea dipermudahkan urusan

Wah u study mana or apa sblm ni??? Ilmu dah ada, yg penting now kena berani, keluar dari comfort zone u... yg penting nak invest ni kena ada ilmu, takleh ikut2 orang...

My husband is very well versed in Kanun Tanah Negara, all the policies, akta2..  so dari situ kita boleh buat SPA berdasarkan entitlement kita, side agreements utk protect kita...

I'm working as a Litigator, in-house dengan sebuah syarikat. Pernah buat conveyancing juga. At the same time saya sambung belajar. Bila ada masa free saya akan attend class investment dan jumpa client.
Saya plan buat satu-satu dulu. Lepas belajar baru focus 100% dengan sideincome.
Bimbang kalau tamak sangat nanti tak menjadi.

Ok ni retirement plan iols dgn hubby...

Iols lg 20 thn nak bersara..lamanyaaa..sedih.....iols keje lecturer gomen...
Hubby plak lagi 13 thn nak retire...keje swasta...senior specialist engineer aka manager...

Utk my retirement plan...mcm biasa la..mkn pencen..harap blh naik pgkt smpi jusa...blh pencen byk sket...tp mcm mls je ni mohon2 naik pgkat tu......klu dpt pencen dlm rm5k sebln pun dah ok...mcm arwah abah i pencen dia rm3k sebln..dpt dkt mak i...tgk utk manage life dia seorg sgt ok...so i assume pencen rm5k tu ok la kot utk iols berjimba2 time pencen nanti...

Tp mmg best klu ada pasif income yg lain...so utk plan retirement iols...masa umo 27thn which is thn 2009 dulu masa mula2 keje...dlm 3bln lepas disahkan jwtn, iols dgn hubby terus beli rumah...masa ni dia engineer cabuk je...weols join loan beli umah end lot dkt s2...26x70...masa tu xde apa lg dkt area situ...skrg depan umah dah ada mcd, starbuck segala..ble dh makin ramai ni rasa lemas pulak...so skrg ddk dkt rumah ni smpi anak dah 2...masa ni guna loan maybank...

Kemudian dlm thn 2014 iols beli tanah utk buat rumah..guna loan gomen...60x90 harga dlm rm160k...ni dkt ampangan...still area seremban...ni carik tanah utk buat rumah dkt seremban pun dah mahal..so mampu yg tu je...lg 4 thn baru nak bina rumah dan pindah ke ampangan tu...so umah skrg dkt s2 tu weols nak sewakan...tp kadg2 pk knp la dulu beria reno bagai...klu tahu nak sewakan..mcm rugi pun ye jgk...iols abis dkt rm80k utk reno..rugi2...skrg ni value tanah tu around rm250k...xnaik byk sgt sbb tanah bumiputra..tp asyik la ada org call nak beli..iols xnak jual...

Ok utk hubby plak...epf dia bru ada around rm200k...dia jgk masukkan epf masuk saham under kenangan dgn cwa tu...dpt la untung lebih sket dr efp tu manjang 5% je...ni join under kwn dia...klu dpt kurg dr epf, hubby iols gertak nk kuar masuk balik dlm epf...

So skrg ada cash dlm
1) Asb - dah ada 6 bln dari gaji basic..ni kesedaran 3 thn lpas nk menabung...surprisingly, rupanya klu istiqamah, blh je menabung...klu tahu..dah lama start menabung..byk sgt berpoya2 dulu..Bile mora ni lg naik la saving..tu yg nk beli handbag...nafsu semua ni...
2) tbg haji..anak2 pun ada..tp xbyk pun..rasanya lepas ni saving masuk tbg haji pulak..sbb ada lebihan gaji dlm rm1.3k..
3) insurans etiqa dan prudential...lepas ni every 3years iols nk  bhgn saving tu..masukkan dlm tbg hj
4) sspn...anak2 dah ada..duit raya dorg je iols kumpul masuk dlm tu...ada lebih kurg rm5k

So ble retire nanti, weols punya planning, epf hubby maybe cecah rm500k tu maintain je la dlm asb je tbg hj ke...duit bln2 tu pki duit pencen iols je...dgn syarat sebhgn epf tu letak nama iols...

Rumah dkt s2 nak disewakan...yg ddk ni dekat umah banglo idaman  atas tanah iols beli tu...klu anak2 nak, kne beli dgn harga weols beli dulu...rm250k je..skrg rm550k...harga umah skrg xmasuk akal...klu sewakan tu dpt rm1.5k pun ok utk fully furnish...

Duit graduiti iols maybe dpt dlm rm300k-400k..ntah xsure la brape exact...ni pun tny2 org yg dh pencen mcm my mil..akak2 kat ofis...duit ni..masuk asb dgn tbg hj je la...ntah la..iols nk main2 saham ni xreti..lgpun dah tua2 duit byk pun nak buat apa...iols nak gi travel je dgn hubby klu sihat dan pjg umur...mungkin put aside duit sket utk tlg anak beli umah dorg, kereta, kahwin, hibah dan sbgnya....

So utk kelgsungan hidup, duit pencen dgn sewa umah je lah...ni semua hasil sndr...xtermasuk pusaka...Yg harta pusaka citer lain sbb iols ximpress sgt klu harta pusaka ni..lebih suka citer harta hasik titik peluh sndr...iols rasa ok la kot utk retirement plan iols dgn hubby..tp iols percaya..30% dari jumlah simpanan itu akan digunakan utk beli benda mengarut...

I see that you're leveraging on duit pencen... iols rasa by that time maybe harga barang dah lain.. so still kita kena belajar tone down lifestyle and spending..

Yup...kena hidup ikut duit pencen tu...mmg xblh bermewah level jutawan...tp utk kelgsungan hidup ok la...mind u jd pekerja gomen ni xblh jd kaya sgt...tp senang tu maybe...

Cuma iols risau dgn sikap boros iols...husband la yg byk nasihat...nak beli handbag ni pun dia suh tunda dulu...saving dh cecah rm100k baru dia bg beli handbag rm10k which is i kena saving smpi 4thn lg tu

For the people yg keep on asking ok ke labur dalam ASB, let me show you the difference between ASB, emas, fixed deposit and simpan bawah bantal... semua data dah normalized for inflation rate...

I now manage my own i-kwsp unit trust investment..  bawah ni i ada share links utk your awareness mengenai i-kwsp & unit trust ni, and ada step by step guideline.. yang penting, korang dah register i-kwsp, then kalo nak invest through unit trust, kena register online account utk CWA or public mutual (or any FMIs la)...

kalo invest sendiri, takde upfront fee, tp kalo through agent, still minimal charges  1.5% je and lebih mudah pakai agent.. i choose to self manage my i-kwsp sbb i rajin monitor market and news....

Some people say, buh je la duit epf tu dalam ASB2... tp bg i sayang lorrr sbb ASB2 only slightly higher than EPF..  i would prefer ASB2 tu letak cash savings kita (dividen asb2 lebih kurang asb), sbb situ SELAMAT, low risk... rule of thumb i senang je, as long as investment tu higher than EPF and ASB, then situ mmg berbaloi utk withdraw epf for reinvesting...

For the past 3 months, unit trust yang i masuk gives almost 20% returns, and mmg i dah redeem pun pulangan itu... for the amount of rm420k++ yang i invest, i dpt rm78k keuntungan for just 3 months...  kawan2 i ckp kenapa redeem awal sangat tunggu laa habis moratorium ni, baru redeem, sbb ada potensi naik lagi niiii... emm bg i NO, sbb i dah ada personal target... i cuma nak 17% increse, then i redeem, sbb i tanak risk puting my rm420k++ money dlm unit trust..


Unit trust agent usually akan pujuk uolz supaya amek long term... tp bg i.. its my money, and its my target, and i should be the one dictating how much i should be getting... and usually the agent ni suka sorok ilmu, always makes us too dependent to them, keeping us in the dark.... i takleh camtu, i want to have my own control, since i have the awareness...

nak tambah... when we manage our own unit trust funds through i-kwsp, theres NO PROCESSING FEE AT ALL...

Sebagai contoh, bleh tengok i snapshot my redemption receipts.... alhamdulillah, dpt full amount... 0 charges
