I just found out about a very cool thing - a heavy blanket. I decided not to write a review about https://sommio.co.uk/, to check first impressions. We can no longer imagine how you can sleep under an ordinary blanket. A heavy blanket helped me to fall asleep faster, not to wake up in the middle of the night (previously it was every night at least 1 time), I began to get better sleep. It must have been strange for the first two nights to have something heavy on you, and now we can barely feel the weight of the blanket. I think that if you have trouble sleeping, then you just have to try.
