Lelaki cepat turun berat.. bagus la tmj ade motivasi nk turunkn berat. Mesti chef, dietitian n sport trainer die betul2 kawal lifestyle dia.

Nak jaga makan ni kene tahu keperluan kalori kita. Kalau jenis sedentary lifestyle tu memang kene kawal lah pemakanan.. dan elakkn cuba diet2 yang xtreme2.. biasanya diet gini orang tak boleh sustain lama.. nanti rebound balik berat. Lagi berat pn boleh jadi..

Sifir mudah:-
Lose weight= energy in < energy out
Maintain weight= energy in = energy out
Gain weight = energy in > energy out

Kdg kita nak mkn sihat tapi x tau proper way, main hentam aje.  Boleh search fb AFFitness utk guide kita.  X ada guna produk.  

Selain cara mkn yg baik bagus utk kesihatan, bonusnya dpt kurus juga.  Exercise dia pun boleh buat dlm rumah je, utk siapa yg malas nak bersiap keluar.

Boleh juga search fb salah seorang founder AFFitness Rohani Yaman.

Naik turun berat susah, nak naik berat senang tapi nak maintain berat yg susah. Kalo aku jadi TMJ mmg senang, ada chef, leh masakan makanan sihat ala2 mediterranean,byk grill, salad bagai. Tapi kita rakyat biasa nak makanan makanan sihat pon agak mahal jugak, ikan salmon sepotong je dah berapa? buah2 pon dah mahal, beras basmathi rebus pon 5 kilo dah berapa dah. Kalau lah gomen bagi subsidi utk barangan makanan berasaskan kesihatan kan bagus. Apa2 pon tahniah dan betul kata TMJ, diet 80% senaman 20% itu adalah kunci kejayaan serta "MENTAL" kena kuat 100% kalo mental lemah, pi tgk lauk habis semua korang senduk mmg payah ler. Teringat kata kawan aku ni, rakyat Malaysia ni sebenarnya malas, malas nak jaga makan dan malas nak bersenam, itu sebab Rakyat kita juara obes di asia.

kurus tp kolestrol tinggi pun x ok jgk.

btw penyakit zaman skrg x mengenal bentuk bdn. Member aku kurus pun ada darah tinggi. Umur blm msk 4 series lg.

What Are Histamines?
You've probably heard of antihistamines. They're medicines that tame allergy symptoms. But what are histamines?

They're chemicals your immune system makes. Histamines act like bouncers at a club. They help your body get rid of something that's bothering you -- in this case, an allergy trigger, or "allergen."

Histamines start the process that hustles those allergens out of your body or off your skin. They can make you sneeze, tear up, or itch -- whatever it takes to get the job done. They are part of your body's defense system.

When you have allergies, some of your triggers -- such as pollen, pet dander, or dust -- seem harmless. But your immune system sees them as a threat and responds.
Your body's intention -- to keep you safe -- is good. But its overreaction gives you those all-too-familiar allergy symptoms, which you then try to stop with an antihistamine

Histamines UnleashedWhen you come across your allergy trigger, your immune system knows it and launches a chain reaction to defend you.

First, it sends a chemical signal to "mast cells"in your skin, lungs, nose, mouth, gut, and blood. The message is, "Release histamines,"which are stored in the mast cells.


When they leave the mast cells, histamines boost blood flow in the area of your body the allergen affected. This causes inflammation, which lets other chemicals from your immune system step in to do repair work. Histamines then dock at special places called "receptors"in your body.

The result? If your nose was affected -- say by pollen -- histamines prompt thin walls, called membranes, to make more mucus. You can get a runny or stuffy nose. And you'll sneeze. The mucus can also bother your throat and make you cough. Histamines can make your eyes and nose itch.
Foods and HistaminesIf you have a food allergy, histamines are in on that response process, too. When you accidentally eat or drink something you shouldn't, they'll work in your gut to trigger your allergic reaction.

Some foods are also naturally high in histamines. These include aged and fermented foods and alcohol (especially red wine). Some people may be sensitive to that.

"Histamine poisoning"can happen if you eat fish that weren't kept at safe temperatures and spoiled before you got them. Those fish can build up high levels of histamines, which can make you sick. Doctors call this "scombrotoxin fish poisoning,"or SFP. It's not likely to happen with good food safety practices.

Did You Know?Many plants and animals also have histamines. For instance, they're in some insect venom.
If you're stung or bitten by an insect, your own histamines will also kick in as part of your defenses -- in this case, because you really are under attack.

respek la dia mampu turunkan berat banyak tu, dia suka makan ayam kepci kann? tang menahan nafsu tu susah weii, org cakap kaya boleh la padahal melantak mcD kepci pizza teh bobabi cheese overload sume tu bukan murah pon aku tgk ramai jugak marhaen makan tak hengat

Ideal weight memang bukan underweight for sure ideal body shape dan low body fat perlu underweight... I seperti u pilih underweigh dari ideal weight..

Yes, takut kan effect gluten ni.. sama teruk impact dgn white sugar.. though kita payah nak totally cut off white sugar and gluten, tp at least kita dah ada awareness and try to reduce dlm diet kita.

So satu bulan dalam 10 hari aje la..per session berapa kaka

Zaman iols kadet dulu training daily near contest. Otot lesu prone to injury. Balik2 train otot yg sama

Yang terbaik amatur jog 2-3 hari sekali kasi otot rehat n rebuild. Lagi banyak perubahan. Iols kalau lari pagi, petang exercise lain. In between 3 days boleh angkat dumb bell, riadah yg ringan

Salah mkn antaranya jumlah bportion yg di ambil.
1.  Cukup portion.
Carbo+protein+ fibre.
Amakkan suku suku separuh,

2. Mkn 5 atau 6 kali sehari
Main meal jgn skip. Breakfast, lunch dan dinner

Snacking between each meal. For  snacking  ambil buah atau kekacang jer.

Part minum biasakan ambil air putih jer.

Dan mesti konsisten la,.

Nak kurus kene ambil masa

Atleast 1 tahun.

Kalau 1 bln je workout dan diet lepas mengharap kan bdn jd slim fit baik tdor je.

Nak gemok pun ambil masa bukan sebulan dah gemok.
