Dada ayam tu mmg kureng digemari. ....selalu orang suka peha. .kepak. .hehe

pada yang lain, mai ikut tips ni.
mudah jer nak kurus.
intermittent fasting + keto diet = kurusss
dah dapat berat idaman, maintain dengan IF 12/12

aku buat 2 minggu, turun 5kg.
exercise weeken jer.

culture makan orang malaysia ni banyak sangat karbohidrat, glucose overdose.
nasi, roti, kuih, makanan bertepung.
tambah lagi suka amik processed food yang banyak fructose (HFCS),
itu yang obese tu

Better camni, anything essential kan, baru lah ramai org dpt manfaat... or buat pusat rehab ke utk pemulihan mcm2 physiotherapy....

Nak workout, asal ada ruang kosong (terbuka atau tertutup) pun dah cukup.. pakai bodyweight pun ok...  but i need music, so usually workout kat hall rumah or laman rumah pun dah sufficient, and i need my portable speaker... dancing makes me feel alive....

Ye kot.jenis kekacang perut mmg tak tahan..klu g negara timur tengah hotel penuh dgn.makanan jenis kekacang..nk beribadah pon mmg byk dugaan...buah2 an dan sayur2an pon pemyumbang byk angin.
