Apa nak buat bila sampai jer office tengah tengan buat kerja tiba tiba
segala masalah yang ada dalam fikiran melintas difikiran dan buat kita
tak mampu dah nak bendung air mata....

Macam mana nak cope atau nak handle situasi ni...

luahkan dan keluarkan je perasaan tu jangan simpan..yang simpan2 tahan tu yg bole lead to kemurungan..kadang memang kite kene express kan perasaan.. lepastu get back balik. fikirkan yg positive...dan setelkan masalah satu2.. selagi kite tak luahkan perasaan selagi tu kite sakit

cari kaunselor (kat spital pun ada), luahkan puas2. utk long term, rajin2 bersenam, take time off utk diri sendiri buat apa u suka , tgk citer korea ke...escapism. you tend to take life one day at a time

mcm yang lain2..masuk toilet lepas tu nangis.
iols bilik sendiri, kalau nangis pon orang tak perasan.

tgk fon..tiktok ke..cari video kelakar ataupun video2 kucing..yang boleh tenangkan fikiran.

pernah mengalami. iols pernah diam je dkt meja kerja sbb sedih + plus nangis tak henti( nangis diam2 je la). kwn2 sekerja mmg tahu iols tngh sedih so diorang ignore je la iols melayan perasaan. nasib la iols boleh profesional waktu mengajar bebudak. cuba sedaya mungkin tahan perasaan sedih supaya tak nampak sgt.

slowly bangun dan terus pergi toilet sis, nangis puas2... dah setel nangis, take a break kejap. turun lah minum ke, makan ke. kalau ada yang datang bertanya, jangan mudah2 cerita hal peribadi. sebab ada orang suka dengar sebab nak jaja, bukan dengar nak tolong pon...

kalau sis ada masalah, pergi salurkan ke tempat yg betul.

kalau x suka bos, kena terus bincang dengan bos. kalau ada prob dengan partner, kena bincang dengan partner.

yang membunuh prasangka itu adalah dengan pertanyaan.

Betul. Kalau baca mathurat/hisnul muslim tu rasa semangat tu lift up, rasa dilindungi etc.
