Menu diet korang

Hi, i put on weight quite a bit.
Now 56kg, n i dont want my weight makin naik.
I hate work out n i dont like cooking.
My form of exercise is gardening je.
N kalau rajin brisk walk.

Tapi dh kena diet ni, so kena la masak,
sbb bila masak, kita tahu apa yg kita makan.

My main menu:-

Sayur bening.
Just rebus sawi or any sayur dgn air+garam+bawang kecil.
Done!

Ikan sy still goreng.

Sy still ambil coffee with milk (bukan susu pekat).

N now buat intermittent fasting 16-8.
Not bad la IF ni.

Rindu my sweet nescafe.sobs.

Kindly share korang punye resepi.

meh nak share ke uols.. daku mmg menyokong orang yg berdiet ni...

Ikan yg x dibenarkan ketika berdiet :

- Pari
- cencaru
- keli
-bawal hitam
-tongkol
-sembilang

&  All kinds of seafood (ketam/sotong/udang)

Goreng2 ikan guna la airfryer.. ataupon panggang lagutu ja pon dah okay.. Ikan kembung paling elok untuk berdiet ni..
Makan jgn sekadar makan pagi tengahari dan malam.. seeloknya selepas sarapan dan selepas lunch dalam 2jam gitu amek snack.. (cth apple hijau / pear hijau)

Malam jangan makan karbo iaitu (nasi mee dan roti) makan jek grill2 dan sayur.. senang kata makan jekla lauk ikan ke ayam ke dan sayur.. ahhh  gitchuuu...

workout kalau malas sgt pon buat jek kat bilik.. buat tabata dlm 3 set tiap pagi.. kalau malas jugak..p jek la jalan kaki.. malas p taman..p jek la mall.. pastikan berjalan dlm 10km gitu.. paling kurang seminggu 3 kali..

air nescafe tu blh jek minom.. tp half cup jek.. half lg p la bg kwn ke adek bradek ke.. hehe..

dan jgn lupe pastikan kerap minom air utk detox.. tak payah tunggang air sampai 4-5liter.. pastikan minom jek..

ahh lupe.. minomla greentea.. bukan greentea thailand.. tp yg boh pny ke lipton pny tu.. tanpa gula..

haha panjang bjela plak bebel.. semoga bermanfaat..

My diet...

Brekfes
-Kopi Woo
-Nasik Lemak or Roti Telur

Morning Break
- Nescafe Woo
- Karipap or Pulut panggang 2 bijik

Luncheon
- Nasik
- Kari Ayam or Kari Kambing
- Sayur kobis or sayur kacang panjang
- Telur dadar and ikan goreng
- Air Fruitjus

Evening Tea Time
- Teh Tarik
- Goreng Pisang or Keropok Lekor

Dinner
- Chicken Grill or Spanish Omellete or Sirloin steak Angus meat.

Or

Mee Goreng Mamak or Bihun Goreng Singapore with Telur goreng.

Or Nasik Goreng Cina.


That iouls punya menu ..... so far...iouls berjaya maintain berat iouls 90kg tiap tiap bulan.

Dan tua2 ni mmg struggle to maintain my weight. Still in denial that now I hv to wear m size instead of small/ extra small (those days are gone..sobs). Dulu rajin jugak doing brisk walks 4 km a day. Since Covid ni, dah jarang keluar, buat gardening aje. My diet senang aje.. makan light snacks / meals and one heavy meal a day. I jarang makan nasi dan x makan sangat manis2 ni. Minum air suam byk2. Suka masak sup Ikan  dan letak apa2 sayur sekali dlm satu periuk. Ni diet org malas.

Laa...betol la sis... that is iouls nyer diet.. Iouls kena jaga my pack ( 1 pack) kat perot sesuai ngan tinggi iouls and iouls nyer keja.      so kena layan..

Ada poyotlah.  Ayah Ngah bekas komando 22RGK, sekarang dah umur 78 tahun tak pernah ada poyot tau.  Makan jaga, tapi sekarang dah tua dah tak exercise lagi dah, cuma menyapu laman aje tiap petang.

Iyah kakngah.... komando sampai ke tua..badan segak..

Diet iouls nih...diseimbangkan ngan burn kalori atas nature kerja yg memang pakai kederat...dan iouls suka berlari...dan kawasan kem penuh bukit dan tangga...parking jauh..banyak kena jalan kaki..heheheheh

My diet;  (tinggi 154cm, berat 56kg, aktif)

Breakfast
rumah - water + milk + fruits
office - coffee w/o sugar + nasi lemak/nasi goreng/pasta goreng + telur

Lunch
water
fruits
nasi campur suku-suku separuh

Afternoon
tea w/o sugar
fruits

Dinner (paling lewat pukul 7pm)
water
ratah lauk aje
dapat sayur bening my favourite
keledek/keladi/kentang rebus pun my favourite

Supper
kalau terasa lapar, minum susu atau greek yougurt aje

Air kena jaga, sebab Ngah tak boleh terlebih minum air,  darah jadi cair terus gelap mata.
Masalah orang anemic.

Faham, sebab Ngah dulu athlete.  Makan kena cukup.  

Kalau tengok timbang memang rasa berat tapi berat otot tak sama berat lemak.

Oooo...baru tao ..kalao gelap mata...sebab darah cair - anemic gitu ya..

Ingatkan pasal low blood pressure... Sekali sekala saya kena jugak ni...tiba tiba dalam beberapa saat mata gelap masa tengah duduk..

Doktor aje yang boleh tentukan.

Ngah punya platelate count rendah.  Kalau terkurang makan pun boleh gelap mata. Doktor supply Ibiret,  ada orang makan Sangobion, masa mengandung doktor bagi Obimin.

Same here. Tak suka workout dan tak rajin. Bab makan memang suka tapi still boleh control cuma yang tak boleh control is cake! Tak boleh kalau tak makan kek meanwhile selalu pikir tak elok jugak untuk kesihatan kek dah la manis.

I pulak akan mudah susut badan kalau stress. Memang kurus habis. Bila stress makan pun tak lalu. Awal tahun ni badan susut gila sampaikan baju seluar dah longgar. Tapi since pkp haritu dah asyik makan ja so naik balik la

So slain walk exercise 3x sminggu
(Ni follow dr youtube)
Yg i buat dr zmn lpas bljr dulu ialah xpernah makan lpas pkul 7 malam..
