Since 1/= byk Co dah buka dan bekerja mcm biasa.. tp keypo masuk opis awal lagi.. since bln 2.. tp ada gak gilir2 wfh kalau takde apa2 keperluan kat pejabat |

my total cholesterol : 4.6 , 1.5 LDL , 3.5 HDL
Fasting Blood Glucose :< 6.1 < X

HDL 3.5 lagi. Kaki exercise ke nih
LDL is very good.. i selalu jugak sampai 2.2 LDL ni

she is not too happy with my weight though- too much starbucks kot hahahaha...tapi iaced shaken lemon tea...may be sugar...McD could be...yups fodover chcken sekarang...OK with all parameters but i think kan weighin scale tu depa calibrate ke tak , i think i dah kurus sikit but ...hahaha teh mass showed otherwise hahahah
but i drink apple green + pomegranates everydayni (ini ikhtiar je, Allah yg u know makes this happened)
i dont do much exercise for now, must resume lah ni...busy with Vincenzo- u might want to watch it though, nice.
now back on oats otas frozen oats for sahur balik+ yogurt low fat plus sikit susu ...

i ni makan apa semua je
i cook well, so i selalu suka my own cooking
so, soup tulang ke jalfrezi ke ayam masak pedas ke ketam gulai masak lemak pedas ke semua i masak sendiri je and enjoy sendiri
u pon patut gituh..enjoy je.. jgn dok mkn McD tuh!
or food from gerai.. mesti berminyak !!
