Iols invest sikit2 saja.. Skrg top up dgn emas juga.. Sebagai back up plan kalau x kerja 6 bulan - 1 tahun.. Iols relax lagi.. Semua bil iols byr advance 2-3 bulan.

minimum 100 ringgit je sis.. tp fund dia cepat fully subscribed.. sbb tu bila open je, iols war2kan pada yang iols care... tp lepas i topup i punya lah.. hahaha

you ada contract wajib tanam sawit ke? tanak convert tanah u tanam commodity lain ke? byk je commodity lain yang boleh dpt higher margin.. tp kalo geran tanah dah caveat dgn felda or felcra utk penanaman sawit or dah sign ikat contract for next 25 yrs mmg xleh wat apa lah...


ladang i susah nak access.. mmg kena naik 4X4 and kena masuk perosok 1-2 km.. so tak kuasa nyahhhh nak tanam sendiri.. biar je la diorang usahakan.. kita kutip hasil je dah

Kalu betol2 depan pon boleh decrease.
Kalau convenience usually increase, if not for own living okay for rental..
Desa setapak/wangsa maju dulu 60k only..now 200k-300k.

yg miskin hina pun ramai jugak jd property investors ni. Beli flat lelong beli apartment kawasan melayu sewakan dkt rohingya, PATI, kelly ng, lepas tu budak2 nak main kat taman pun takut dah jadi port kelly ng mabuk. kelly ng kutip sampah ni satu rumah 3 bilik boleh duduk 3 famili. kesian jiran2. akak mmg anti owner melayu sewakan dkt bangsa tak reti bermasyarakat ni.

nak harap kan kak zue berpalang tu buat undang2 tax  property owners yg melampau2 ni jgn harap la.

tanah felda memang terikat dengan akta felda. kene check boleh tanam selain daripada kelapa sawit atau tidak.

ayah saya usaha sendiri lepas dpt geran dari felda dan tak kan serah felda sebab dia memang ada tabung tanam semula.

sebelum start penanaman semula, buleh check caveat tu ada ke tak.. dalam geran.. pastu usually setiap kali nak tanam semula, kita akan sign agreement for the next XX years.. masa nak sign tu la kita buleh decide nak tanam sawit or opt out usahakan sendiri... cuba check caveat tu mcmana.. agreement tu simpan lagi ke tidak? i simpan soft copy, sbb nak kena alert bila agreement tu expired...
