Terima kasih sbb share same sentiment, ye hdb flat depa pun design layout taraf our condo layout cuma takde facilities swimming pool bagai. Layout depa wajib ada bom shelter.

Lepas tu our condo/apartment layout design semua lebih kurang standard je kalau u noticed projek2 baru yg naik. Standard layout 3b2br.

Yes. Atap bocor. Kalau hujan lebat habis master bedroom kami. Banyak Kali tampal, tetap bocor gak. Tapi kami dah jual 2018. Banyak kenangan kat situ.

agree with your observation...rakyat malaysia, baik yg berpendidikan tinggi sehingga ke UPSR, kalau dok kondo/apartment perangai beruk masing2 akan terbit di ufuk timur...disebabkan kita multiracial, dgn perangai melayu nya, perangai cina nya dan perangai keling nya...

sebab tu kalau nak cari kawasan perumahan, kena ada mix of everybody...ramai sangat melayu pun tak bagus, ramai sangat cina pun tak bagus, ramai sangat keling pun tak bagus...

kondo/apartment ni JMB kena kuat, berani melaksanakan denda kpd tenant...dgn cara itu, kondo/apartment akan terkawal, bersih dan aman damai...

semua tahu tu area lama..since 80s lg.....mmg rumah lama,dah lebih 30thn mcm tu
dia beli rumah jiran dia sbb family tu nak jual
dia beli sbb dekat dgn rumah parents dia...apa2 hal senang nk tgk parents. sbb rumah lama,so diorg kene la buat renovation.tp puas hati sbb mmg dekat dgn parents dia.so x risau
and shah alam pun ada semua facilities infra dekat and senang

armanee terrace damansara perdana tu memang la .. masa launching in early 2000 pun harga dah rm600k. maka pembelinya harus la yg bergaji lebih rm10k masa tu.

kalau dlm hgtv depa kata jenis fixer upper.. kena repair/renovate. tapi kalau kawasan ok, dekat ngan tempat kerja, infra and yang penting nak cari childcare senang mmg berbaloi.. kami pun beli rumah area lama, sbb 2-3 lorong ja dr my parents.. time covid ni, rasa bertuah sgt.. tapi our area , walaupun kawasan lama, ramai young couple dah start masuk...

ye iols pun tengah tunggu urusan rumah siap. beli subsale je, sebab suka dengan keluasan dapur dan laman tepi & belakang. depan rumah pulak takde apa bangunan, memang sempadan taman dengan jalan besar. sebab kalau nak rumah baru, dengan harga sama, memang tak dapat keluasan yang sama. semoga tak banyak la kena touch up nanti. owner pun duduk 10 tahun je situ.

wah... mesti excited kan.. hehehe... tapi rumah lama akan ada quirks dia, just relax and handle one by one.. rumah kitaorg umur 25years++.. kdg2 mai sakit dia especially bab wiring and air.. hehehe.. kita layan ja la masalah dia asalkan kita dpt location yang kita nak..
