wah... mesti excited kan.. hehehe... tapi rumah lama akan ada quirks dia, just relax and handle one by one.. rumah kitaorg umur 25years++.. kdg2 mai sakit dia especially bab wiring and air.. hehehe.. kita layan ja la masalah dia asalkan kita dpt location yang kita nak..

betul tu. memang tengah bersedia mental gitu. rumah nk duduk lama (bayar loan pun lama), kena la ticked all the preference.

warisan tu rasanya dah more than 20 years, tp market value mmg high

baru tengok kt property gutu, range between 750k - 900k camtu... ok la, dekat dgn lrt, then tersorok di balik rimbunan hijau/pokok2....

yg malang seri maya tu... dulu2 mewah... now byk foreigner (mostly kurang ajar, keluar masuk simpang menonong tak bagi signal) dan bukak tingkap, hadap highway DUKE dpn muka...

prepare for the worst sis..hehehe... and make sure u check for termites and ants, and attack problem tu first,hehehehe... koyak jugak la berdepan masalah termites ni.. especially older building, most material masih guna kayu... apa apa pun, enjoy the ridee... hehehehe

1st..u taknak maybe sebab ada pilihan lain.cth duit banyak

2nd if nak compare condo adik ipar tgok jugak jenis condo.

Menjawab soalan kenapa org pilih condo..antara faktor kalau dekat dgn tmpt keje berbaloi,jimat masa.
Condo tengah bandar lagi bagus -org keje private kan selang bape thn lompat co lain.easy access. - tick OK
Car park dapat dua dah cukup -OK.

Takde orang blok gate rumah mcm rumah teres no gated -OK

tak mesra tetamu,privacy, relative tak suka bertandang -OK

Lagi...anak setakat sorang dua belum sekolah -OK
Condo lebih safety -OK

Itulah kelebihan rumah bertingkek
