Tokyo Dome Concert dates announced! Team Yoshiki!
On today's press conference, Yoshiki announced, that the Tokyo Dome concerts will take place on 2nd and 3rd May (plus two another unconfirmed dates). 2nd May, as you all know, is hide's 11th death anniversary. Yoshiki also said that they aim for July with the Paris concert and they are in talks for Bird's Nest again and, if successful, will play there in October.
And in his continuing partnership with Rockstar Energy drink, Yoshiki and Rockstar team up with Dome, a Japanese racing car manufacturer, to form a Team Yoshiki.

Hide: 11 Years
The year 2009 marks 11 years since one of the brightest stars in j-rock history soared to a place we could not reach. In honour of his memory, a limited edition, two-disc CD set will be released on April 29th.
It will be limited to 10,000 copies. First edition copies will include a special t-shirt and a special numbered box; both the limited and regular editions will contain two discs packed with 20 of hide's most memorable songs. They will be priced at 8,000 and 3,000 JPY respectively.

Yoshiki produces racing team

X Japan's Yoshiki has announced that he is serving as the main sponsor and producer of the Dome Racing Team, which participates in the Super GT. His involvement with the team is in conjunction with the ROCK STAR energy drink that he produces. His team, which includes drivers Ryo Michigami and Takashi Kogure, will begin competing on March 21.
Meanwhile, X Japan has also scheduled two shows at Tokyo Dome on May 2-3. There are also plans for concerts in Osaka, but because negotiations with Kyocera Dome have fallen apart, the band is seeking out other potential venues, including Koshien Stadium.

Hello! Kitty to collaborate with X Japan
TOKYO — Sanrio Corp, maker of the popular character Hello! Kitty, will release “Visual Band Kitty” in collaboration with rock group X Japan, according to the Sankei newspaper.
The paper said that the new Kitty character will be dressed up like X Japan, complete with make-up and costumes. Yoshiki of X Japan reportedly likes Hello! Kitty goods and took them with him during a promotional tour of Asia last September.
