Why in the picture there is a women with machine guns helping the stoning?
First.... why the hell the women have machine gun? a women with machine gun doing the stoning?
Second...why they burry the girl in the sand, they want to stone her or they want to burry her?
Third....Why the man using military outfit, are they wanna doing stoning or go to war?
Fourth... the location, look at the location, seems not the public place we heard they did the stoning.
Fifth... (from kyas)how they got her photos days before the stoning?????
Clearly above picture is fake... poor Debmey, so desperate LOL
Open challenge still on... Debmey please show one line in Qur'an teaching the stoning.!! |

Actually debmey, conviction for adultery is almost impossible because they must have 4 male witnessess who saw with their own eyes that the organ inserted into the vagina...therefore the only possible is only CONFESSION and only confession is the way a woman can be stoned...
In addition, a confession cannot be forced and must be voluntary and only that it can be admitted...the current pratice of Muslim states that a pregnant woman is assumed to commit zina/illegal sex is WRONG because it contradicts the ruling that no conviction unless CONFESSION/4 WITNESESS
I personally states that the punishment for zina is only 100 strokes of the cane and not death by stoning for married people because it is not mentioned in Koran and the Hadith is weak...Many Muslims would disagree with me but that is my stand as a Muslim...
What is your comment about 100 lashes for zina/illegal sex punishment Debmey ? |

Given the benefit of the doubt,the picture might be a fake but at least it correctly demonstrates the procedure of how stoning is done;that is the women are usually buried in sand up to the chest before being stoned to death.

It then becomes a flawed law one way or another.
You say that 4 male witnessess must see actual penetration.
In the first plkace, why only men?
Some muslims say the police officer that takes police report statement and DNA chemist can also count as witness. So there is a contradiction here because the quran and hadiths are not clear.
And since it is impossible to have 4 male witnessess to see penetration in action, that makes rape impossible to prove also. Thats why rape is rampant in Pakistan.
Anyone can easily see that syariah is illogical. It favours men and cannot be divine cos it does not encourage justice.

Seems like you mistaking civilisation with culture.I was implying that the method of punishment employed without proper legal system is uncivilised and a violation of human rights and repugnant to human conscience.
And what is wrong with same-sex marriages if it is between two consenting adults? And legalizing prostitution if it is one way of effectively controlling it?

Reply :- No way...police officer and the DNA chemist did not see the sexual intercourse took place...there are not witnessess..Did they see at the time the offence was committed?

Reply : Better that way..See what happen in USA when women were allowed to become jury, a lot of innocent men was convicted for rape but the DNA report denies it...Better to release 10 criminals rather than an innocent to be puished... |

Nope...it still debatable because it is not mentioned in Koran....but in Koran it mentions about the punishment of 100 lashes for illegal sex.. |

As for flogging,what is the number of lashes do men receive compared to women for sex offences like adultery or fornication as stated in the Qur'an?

I would think that you will let your children become gay if they love it, let your sister, daughter or wife becomes prostitute or act in phonography. Are you sure about the method? What about her hand? It's probably an extraction from a movie. If it is a real sentence, why not took the photo while stoning instead? |
