Hampa dok cerita pasai custard apa ni?? Yg buh dlm tart ke?? Pasai pa plak takleh smooth?? Dulu aku pernah buat custard ikut respi dan teknik K.Noor bagi tu...elok weiiii...smoothhh je...cuba hampa try..ni aku paste balik respi K.Noor...yg ni aku buat  utk  pipekan atas bun channel tu..tak tau lah sama ada custard cam ni ka hampa dok cerita...kalau salah mahap naa...nyibuk plak aku he..he..


Kastad

225 ml susu segar
75 ml krim putar
1-2 sudu besar gula } ikut citarasa masing2, Noor guna 1 sudu besar aje
2 sudu besar (paras rata) tepung kastard
1/2 sudu kecil esen vanila

Jerang susu dan krim hingga panas (jangan sampai mendidih).
Campurkan gula dan tepung kastard ke dalam mangkuk lain.
Kacau adunan dengan pemutar telur (egg whisk) sambil menuangkan susu panas.
Jerang di atas api sederhana sambil dikacau hingga pekat.
Kalau kastad tu terlebih kental tambah skit lagi susu segar, kacau semula hingga kepekatan yg dikehendaki
.

nasib baik hang menyebok Inai oii...

tq naa.. satgi nak cuba since belen cream n susu dok ada bersimpuh elok ja dlm petiais tuh..makna kata kastad tu tak payah bancuh berasingan dulu lah ya...
nanti cuba naa..sayang sama dia..muah muah muahsssssssssssssss.

Chocolate Tarts

Ni recipe senang jugak la to me.. cuma me malas sikit nak shape kan cantik2..
selamat mencuba


Pastry : (Bahan A)
150gm tepung gandum ( di ayak )
90gm  butter
1/4 cawan castor sugar

Semua Bahan A di-adun. Letak dalam muffin cups tipis2.. pasal nanti dia kembang bila da dibakar.
Bakar untuk 10-15 mins.

Filling:
Dark chocolate (double boil)
add 1 sudu besar fresh cream kalo suka

alternative filling..
Jam + air sedikit (atas tu pakai raspberry jam)

FRUIT TARTS- 1Mastura

Pastry - seperti di atas
Selalunya untuk fruit tart I bakar lama sikit sampai brown pasal lepas filling tak bakar lagi.

Filling

Melted cooking chocolate (optional)

100g instant custard
150g cold water
100g whip cream

Topping

Peach, kiwi, grape, pineapple, strawberry, etc

Choux pastry tu adalah doh yang dibuat dari air dan ment yang dipanaskan, tambah tepung dan gaul sebati. dah sejuk baru tambah egg..kemudian paipkan dan bakar untuk dapatkan cream puff, eclairs atau angsa emas..

Boleh I tampek gambar my Milles feuilles . Fruit tart lapis-lapis. Tapi yang I buat ni tak lapis. Sebab anak nak makan macam kat TV. So I improviselah. But overall senang je nak buat. Cuma pakai readymade puff pastry, custard cream, whipping cream and icing sugar dan strawberry (atau buah-buahan lain).
