dh lama x buat cheese tat..2ari ni..pulun buat sbb org nak..1/2kg tpg dpt 100bj >..dkt 200bj jugk buat..lenguh tapak kaki bdiri lama... tak dnag nk snap pic..semua dh msuk packing antr org.

Sebenarnya tak susah sgt..yg penatnya masa nk menguli kulit tat tu jerr..boleh je bakar kulit siap- then simpan.
Bila rasa nk makan, baru bancuh utk filing dia plak..

ni kira pastri manis x...ke puding2? tp sy paste gak la..klu salah, sorry la..dh paste kat puding gak...

KRIM KARAMEL.
bahan puding:
1 tin susu sejat
4-5 biji telur
setengah cwn gula
1 sudu essence vanilla

bahan sos:
setengah cawa gula
air sket.

cara2:
puding:
pecahkan telur dlm bekas, pukul smpi kembang.
pastu masukkan gula, pukul lagi...
then masukkan 1 tin susu sejat, kacau sket, then masukkan 1 susu essence vanila n kacau lagi...biarkan sekejap..

sos:
panaskan bekas atas api, masukkan gula..kacau smpi gula hangus...kaler dia akan btukar ke keperang-perangan...teruskan kacau..bila dh hangus semua gula, masukkan air..make sure teruskan kacau gula tu time masuk air..takut dia keras...

then, masukkan sos tadi dlm loyang, then masukkan puding td...kukus selama 25-30minit..depend pd panas api la yer...then siap utk dimakan...

p/s: sedap kalau disejukkan dlu...

hope membantu pd sapa2 yg baru nk buat...

Apa beza blueberry filling dgn topping, in terms of the consistency dan rasa?
boleh tak guna one for both filling kat dlm tart tu, at the same time guna utk swirl kat atas filling tu?  tq.

rupanya terap dulu baru tekan ek... barulah sama je semua..

saya selalu guna resepi yang crumble.. camne nak terap kan? tekan2 ada nipis, ada tebal...
