salam sume, choc baru buat cheese tart tadi..mula2 ingat nak masuk kelas tart, tapi akak tu cancel plak last minit...tapi dah teringin sgt nak makan cheesetart, sampai mimpi2 , tadik bgn pagi terus buat...

just nak tanya beberapa soalan:

1) slalu shell tu pakai butter jenama ape? choc pakai scs, perghhh belemak giler, termuak pun ada kalau mkn byk...ke patutnye pakai marjerin je?

2) choc bakar shell pakai petitin je, tade tart mould, so bile dah masukkan pastry dlm petitin & bakar, masa time bakar tu, nape pastry tu mencair/lembek , tak smooth & berbuih??pelik betol sampai berbuih time bakar tu..

tapi alhamdulillah walaupun tak bape cun, menjadi jugak la tart tu(save duit takyah masuk kelas )....lepas la tekak sendiri  & tekak hubby..cume berlemak skit la shell tu...harap2 kawan2 leh bantu actually tak susah pun nak wat tart ni, cume shell tu je leceh skit...

choclate mocca - buat ctat tak susah mana  pun....kalo selalu mencuba pasti boleh buat yg lebih baik lagi.
- kalo nak buat tat shell tak perlu guna butter yg mahal2..guna je majerin hok biasa2 tu pun takpe....lagi jimat.
- kalo tat shell tu berbuih mesti byk butter digunakan....ini berdasarkan experience mklanglah..seeloknya belilah mould utk buat ctat tu...
- ctat kalo baru keluar dr oven mesti dia npk kembung sbb ada udara panas dlm cis tu....time ni bila snap gambo mesti le cantik sbb tat kelihatan buncit.....tunggu baper jam lepas tu surenya kempis atau kecut skit ...skitlah takde byk....nak2 pulak dibiarkan overnight...perubahan dari segi rupa mesti berlaku....tgk ajelah yg jual kat pasaraya tu...

    lagi satu tips...masa paipkan filling tu jangan dilenggang2kan piping beg tu...bior duk setempat jeee....bila paip kan cantik filling tu merebak ke tepi..kalo duk lenggang2 kan tu yg nampak tak cun...tapi student maklang suka benor duk lenggang..kita kata jg lenggang dia p lenggang.....nak kena ketuk tgn tu....baru ingat...

design ctat tu ada yg letak bberi dan ada yg letak kaler aje tau...ni mklang g tanya kat org le sbb diarang punya design cam lain mcm..cantik jeww ...tp mklang tak suka guna kaler..suka guna bberi yg dicairkan tu utk design ateh ctat...sbb nanti kita tukar guna kaler cust. komplen lak..jadi maintain pd yg asal.

    Maklang nak tnya lah..klu gune majerin biasa mcm mane lak sukatan nye..sy biasa buat gune buttercup..

lagi satu nk tnya kalau nak letak filling die tu letak sebelum letak cheese ke atau letak diatas cheese..konpius lah..

smlm ada knalan(peniaga kecil2an)..dia cm cm gitu ke kita..ant tat ranggup&rapuh..kata nye dia mkn dkt King's..sdp tat dia rapuh.

Salam...mintak izin Mamafami, empunyer resepi taruk resepi ni kt sini...1st time buat, mmng menjadi, tu yang nk share ngan semua...

Sumber Resipi : Mamafami ( Spice n Splendour )

Blueberri cheesetart

Bahan-bahan:
•        250g Philadelphia cream cheese
•        60g sugar - kita letak 25g utk 1/2 resipi
•        20g butter
•        1 egg
•        2 - 3 tablespoons whip cream - kita ganti dgn plain yogurt
•        1-2 tablespoon sunquick - kita ganti dgn jus lemon
Filling of your choice : Mango, Strawberry and Blueberry

Method :

1. Cream the Philadelphia cream cheese, sugar, butter and egg together.
2. Add in whip cream and sunquick and continue beating till smooth.
2. Arrange the tart casings on a tray.
3. Pipe a bit of cream onto the casings. Put a bit of filling on top and cover it with more cream mixture.
4. Put a tiny bit of filling on top of the cream and using a toothpick, just sketch on the filling to create lovely design.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 10 - 13 minutes.

THE SHELL
Ingredients :

(A)
•        100g icing sugar
•        200g butter
•        1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
(B)
•        1 egg
(C)
•        420g flour
•        1 tablespoon milk powder
Method :

1. Beat (A) till soft. Add in B and continue beating till well mixed.
2. Add in (C) to form a soft and smooth dough.
3. Take a bit of dough and press it onto the tart casing.
4. Poke the base with a fork. Bake for 12 minutes or till golden brown. Remove from oven and let it cool. - kita bakar dgn suhu 140 C

Note : Tart shells must be kept in an airtight container

    sukatan majerin ke bcup ke..cap ayam ke...sama aje..takde beza...
setengah org jual dia letak cis dulu pastu dia top up kat ateh tu ngan bberi tp maklang buat, mklang letak bberi dulu pastu cover ngan cis pastu top up ciput kat atas cis tu ngan bberi....

saya dah try buat 2kali...jadi mmg jadi...tp lepas masukkan filling ngn creamcheese dan bakar, makin lama dia pny pastri makin senang nak lerai...ke mmg mcm tu? angkat nk makan je dia nak pecaH2...b4 masokkan filling suma ok je mabelesss
