aku pernah buat...

renyah siott..& hasilnye tak secun kat kedai sebab aku tak sabar....tp yg bagusnyer ko bleh mkn sebyak mana pun ko suka...

tp rasanya kalo nak mkn sushi ni baik gi beli je la sbb bleh pilh mcm2 jenis & harga murah...kalo nak beli bahan & buat sendiri alamat sikit je la jenis yg bleh buat sebab harga bahan pun bukannya murah...kena beli byk pulak

resipi pulak ikut je yg kat dlm website tu, gerenti jadi punya...tak payah pakai cuka jepun pun takpe (was2 takut tak halal), pakai cuka biasa jadi gak utk gaul dgn nasi tu, brand beras dia..kalo kat giant/k4 tu, beli jenis calrose, masak ikut sukatan dlm rice cooker

bukan apa,kalau kita buat sendiri ni

cuka tu masak dgn gula...iakk kater dah tgk website?? mesti dah tau resipi dah...byknyer nak digaul dgn nasi tu..agak tak peroi sgt nasik tu & rasa sikit ikut selera..
kalo nak buat telur tu, dia sebenarnya omelet yg digulung...goreng telur ni ada kuali spesel 4 segi kecik & kena ada skill...tak pass2 sampai la ni

Jusco ader jual beras tu ...tak silap ade kit sekali..dlm tu siap beras, tikar kecik tu , cuka dia & instructions kot...tp. aku tak beli la cuka tu

Making Sushi Rice, or Sushi Meshi
Vinegared Rice for Sushi


To make 5 to 6 cups of cooked sushi rice, you need 2 cups raw rice (short or medium grain), cooked on the stovetop or in an electric rice cooker until light and fluffy. Before cooking, rinse the rice several times in running water until the water runs clear (this may take up to 10 rinsings).

If you're not sure how to cook rice, follow the basic boil/steam method . (Do not use the Western method of boiling the rice like pasta and draining it in a colander. In fact, don't ever use this method. It's insulting to the rice.)

After the rice is done, stir it with a chopstick to loosen the grains, then let it sit, covered, for about 10 minutes to steam.

If you have a bottle of sushizu, a pre-mixed vinegar and sugar item, you can use it. If not, heat the following ingredients, mixing until the sugar dissolves:



6 tablespoons Japanese rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt




While the rice is still warm, gradually sprinkle the vinegar mixture over the rice, fanning the rice as you go. Use a rice paddle with a cutting motion to mix the vinegar mixture into the rice without mashing the grains. The fanning produces the shiny gloss inherent in sushi rice. It takes about 10 minutes to fan the rice thoroughly. Proceed to shape the rice into sushi as desired. (Tip: When handling or shaping rice with your hands, wet your fingers with water to prevent the rice from sticking to them.)

NASIK TU MASAK ASING...PASTU PANASKAN CUKA+GULA+GARAM TU ...BILA NASIK TU MASAK..BARU TUANG CUKA TU SIKIT2 KAT ATAS NASIK TU...ISK..CAM MARAH JE...JAP AKU OFF CAPS LOCK.....sori ah tak perasan...hehehe

...tu fanning tu maksudnye ..sambil kacau kan nasik + cuka tu...ko ambik sokabar ke apa ke kipasla nasik tu bagi dia sejuk sikit...cara kacau pun kena hati2 jgn sampai biji nasi tu pecah / terlenyek nasik tu..kang jadik nasik impit pulak

hari tu tengok kat channel 11 astro..mamat tu buat better tempura camni.. 2 cawan tepung gandum 1 cawan tepung jagung n air sejuk dari peti ais. dia kacau ngan chopstick aje..tapi bule kacau ngan garpu kot.. jangan sebati sangat..biar lumpy sikit2 takpa..maksudnya ada tepung yang tak kena air .. then masukkan sayur2 yang nak digoreng then minyak jgn terlalu panas.. then goreng satu2 sayur tu.. maksudnya jgn terlalu crowded sangat dlm kuali sebb nanti dia akan turunkan suhu minyak..
ok ya selamat mencuba :pompom:

makanan sushi memang sedap sebb takda lemak ..bukan tak bule buat sendiri sushi ni..selain dari masalah beras.. masalah bahan mentah yang kita guna tu samada sesuai atau tidak dan kalau tak kena dengan suhunya bule jadik keracunan ( i was in japan b4 ) tambahan dengan suhu negara kita yang panas cam sekarang ni lagiii tak sesuai ..jadik kalau teringin nak makan bule la pergi ke sushi king :cak: (eh mod bukan promote ya..suggestion aje)

Rugilah awak kalau tak reti makan sushi. Cecah dgn kicap dia sedap. Saya pernah makan salmon dgn salad. Actually salmon tu tasteless tapi makan dgn kicap & wasabe tu, berdesing telinga. Sedap bukan kepalang.

Sorry saya termiss post awak. Tu sos utk cendawan goreng ala tempura tu. Sos dia ada rasa black beans sikit, rasa manis2, ada warna merah sikit. Memang tasty. Ada one time tu hari2 goreng cendawan buat tempura. Sedap pulak makan dgn nasi panas. Sos dia guna kicap & halia je sebab tak reti buat sos mcm kat restoren tu.

BTW, awak ada resipi sos black beans ke?

Aduh..... silap guna term pulak. Bukan goreng ttp masukkan kesemua sotong ke dlm kuali tanpa minyak & panaskan sampai keluar air ttp jgn overcook. Air sotong tu boleh guna sikit utk ramuan tempura.

pertama kali datang kat fnr ni..bule tahan eik u all bertukar2 resipi..

Sekarang ni nampak slow sikit. Tgh panas sgt mcm dulu2. InsyaAllah kalau resipi2 best nanti boleh contribute kat sini. Tak taulah kalau Budaks_Comel boleh comes out with Kek Lapis Mawi World. lol:lol

sashimi ni takda nasi..still raw but no rice. ikan saja..dari sekor ikan..dia slice slice then susun cantik2 dalam pinggan then dia bawak sekali ngan kicap dia..then dip and NGAP!!!

Tau dah. Memang pernah makan. Ada sekali makan kat restoren kat one hotel, diaorg hidang salmon dgn kicap & wasabe (yg warna hijau). Memang sedap makan mentah2 mcm tu.

In fact kat tempat saya jugak terkenal dgn umai. Guna ikan mentah or udang mentah jugak cuma lain sikit. Ikan mentah diperap dgn garam. Then baru campur dgn hirisan bawang besar, halia, cili merah & perahan air limau. Ada jugak ikan mentah yg mcm sashimi tu makan dgn sos cili. Lebih kurang mcm sashimi.
