hari ni pagi makan sebijik besar grapefruit ngan yoghurt

sekarang lunch tgh makan..teppanyanki grilled chicken ngan miso soup

malam tak tau lagi...



semalam...
pagi : scrambble egg 1 bijik ngan watermelon
lunch : epal hijau sebijik ngan betik 2 potong (lapar aar weey)
dinner : wuaaaaaaaa :geram: pergi rumah mak, dia masak curry mee punye ler sedap....ape lagi belasah semangkuk pastu dok menyesal tak sudah

semalam rabu ( 14 april)
brkfast - vege + sepotong ikan
lunch   - vege + 2 ketul ayam goreng
dinner - vege + grill meat

ari ni ( 15 april )
brkfast - 1 cheddar + scramble egg + salad
lunch   - ikan bakar + vege .... tapi ari ni teringin makan kuih keria yg dari ubi tu ...manis lak tu salut gula ... abis la.
balik ofis .... singgah gerai .... waaaa ... aku beli air tebu .. gagal la ari ni .. !!

heheheheh khaleeda karbohidrat tu makanan2 yg berasas kan...kanji...seperti tepung, kacang, ubi(jgn nak pandai2 makan french fries ni no. 1 punye culprit!!),

so avoid semua ni :
nasi
mee, meehon, keuytiow, laksa, pasta, spaghetti  dan yg sewaktu dgn nyer
kacang : dhal, kacang tanah dan semua jenis kacang kecuali kekacang sayuran
roti : semua jenis roti menggunakan tepung so :no::no::no:
gravy : mushroom sauce, black pepper gravy..dan yg sewaktu dgn nyer :no::no: sbb ade starch...so kanji tu dlm group ni gak

actually once khaleeda avoid semua makanan ni...immediately can feel the different..coz carbo ni makanan berangin..kalau dah few days tak makan langsung anything with carbo then tetiba makan ..boleh rase different dia...rase mengah, tak larat..perut rase cam penuh sangat walaupun makan 1/2 pinggan nasi jer....

ayak!! tetiba lupe lak ape nak cakap...nanti ingat kang lizzy sambung balik..haru betul ler tepon ni!!

Boleh ke ikut ni...

Makanan tu semua dah jadi makanan yang tak boleh di tinggal.
Tapi memang betul Lizzy ckp if kita tak makan makanan yang tersebut
diatas badan kita akan rasa ringan.

Mana tak nye...asal lunch je masuk kat subang parade tu.
If tak pegi mc d...rasa thai...delifrance...chicken rise...
Tu yang lemah tu bila ikut kengkawan gi lunch..bukan kira
berapa duit terbang....mesti kira mana nak masuk perut:geram::geram::geram:

actually lizzy tak betul2 follow atkins....bukan iman tak kuat..bile makan dgn hubby ni leceh!! byk songeh....konon2 kite tak appreciate lah dia order bla bla bla bla :blah:.

so lizzy buat low carb high protein..I do not eliminate the fat, coz once carbo tu dah low or dimished the protein will act as your metabolism booster...so once dia increase kite punye metab....automatically it will burn the fat away.but i tried very very hard sampai meleleh air liur just to follow this.

so morning routine lah : eggs (any type of cooking, lizzy tak limit pade boil and poach jer...lizzy fry and scramble also)

lunch : byk fruits and salads or chicken/fish grilled or goreng tak kisah belasah jer janji takde carbo,, kalau nak makan fish and chip pasti kan no french fries tartar sauce lizzy belasah jer.

dinner : salad, soup, tomyam, sotong kangkung, yong tau foo for me boleh but pilih yg patut ler ..gravy I add sikit jer...mostly eat dlm bentuk soup. Then ape lagi...grilled chicken, salmon, cod, steak but marinate then eat w/o gravy.

usually 1 hari dalam seminggu tu lizzy akan stop pastu belasah nasi ke mee ke ape2 lah but in small amount.

Air jgn tanye lah....mesti byk...at times dekat 2-3 liter sari..pastu jadi pengunjung setia toilet....tapi kalau lapar sgt jgn asyik minum air jer..perut jgn biar kosong...eat some snacks..fruits or something.

tu je yg lizzy ikut..so far alhamdullilah..kite selera asian..tak boleh nak ikut 100%, kang tok nenek tak mengaku keturunan lak.

waaaaa...korang diet memang extreme lah....
makan sikit jer dah rasa bersalah ekk...
bagus tul.....
mrs diet tu diet tp tak extreme sgt la...hi hi hi...
yg memang mrs tak amik langsung cuma nasik....mee jarang2 je makan
lauk2 semua mrs bantai....
hari2 mrs makan lauk je...
tp seminggu dua ni asik ade jamuan...terpaksa la makan lebih sikit...hu hu hu

Malam ni baru khaleeda nak start gi arobik balik.
Yalah....makan mcm2 produk untuk slimming...tapi tak
bersenam pun susah juga...kena juga lah pergi.

alamak...baby dah try for 1 week...baru turun 1 kg...
tapi adagak ngelat amik nasi twice....pastu makan gak roti...cemana ler nak tinggal terus..susah la..

my current weight is 51 kg, height 148cm

my target weight is 41 kg...

baby rendah, so kene la maintain my weight..if not still nampak chubby...baju banyak sngt tak muat or nampak spare tyre...tak suka la...skang ni pakai kebaya pun cam tak cantik..

mulai esok, azam tanak ngelat lagi...
yeehaa.....nak start diet...kita pun nak lawa jugak..

Kengkawan semua,

Malam tadi baru 1st time lah mula balik gi arobik kat spg 4 sg udang.

Aduh..!!!Berpeluh-peluh...trasa ringan je badan..tapi bangun pagi
rasa sengal2.Maklumlah dah lama tak keluar peluh.
Harap2 taklah sehangat taik chicken ya.

Best juga...dari free takda buatpa eloklah keluarkan peluh tu.

Lepas ni nak betul2 jaga pemakanan pulak.
Kengkawan minta bagi semangat or bagi cara yang senang untuk kita
jaga pemakanan kita...

kalau ikut atkins mmg tak boleh makan roti khaleeda...tapi baby bantai gak one slice hehe...:stp:

if diet biasa, me pernah baca somewhere tapi tak ingat daaa kat mana, its good to take the brown bread, sbb dia nyer fiber lagi tinggi, so kita cepat kenyang..

lani, dah ada kan roti utk diabetik and diet sumer kan (eh yeke ni?) tak ingat  jenama apa. but my sis pernah beli masa dia dok diet...
