dia mmg byk guna leg movement ek?

very! i tak minat jogging so this is my choice of exercise.
iyolah dah tua2 gini mana nak jejak disko lg
zumba dekat rumah pun jadik..haha
but skrg i masuk kelas jugak, seminggu 2x
mcm senamrobik jugak la

kalu bu ...

ok..lepas ni bel masukkan squatting dlm list of movement
rasanya bel mampu buat squatting rather than lunges
bel mcm tak blh nak buat lunges la..mcm takut effect lutut

anyway TQ rayna..byk input u kasik dah!

rasanya bel mampu buat squatting rather  ...

lunge tu masa stretching ok la buat..haha..
i tak suka buat sebab ankle tak kuat (old injury)
berdiri sebelah kaki pun bleh tergolek haha

bel kalau buat atkins combine dengan exercise lagi cepat turun..
tp i masa induction aritu rasa malassss sgt nak exercise
bila dh start consume carb balik baru ada semangat hahahahaha

bab kena guna tv2 ni payah bel nak practise kat rumah
aritu dah siap download video 'look better naked'
time nak buat tu alahai....si abang ikut sebelah..adik plak lagi sebelah
pastu kalau diam takpe jugak..ni tanya tu tanya ni
baru seminit minta air la..minta stop la
pastu blum campur lagi sorang tersepak adik
sorak tertonyoh abang
uwaaaa....payah wooo!

tp takpe..bel nak amik few movement yg bagus dr situ

masa induction tu rasa mcm tak cukup makan sbb kita tak blh sesenang nak snacking
tambah pula kita asyik craving for foods kan?
yg bel notice, atkins ni kita mmg cukup makan tapi kenyang kita tu tak rasa full mcm ambil carb.
rasa kenyang carb dgn kenyang protein tu lain kan?

haah. sebab gula darah kot. low carb means gula darah tak spike sgt hence the tak puas feeling kan..

sbb tu i stopped atkins
masuk seminggu kepala pening, mual mual..
lepas abis induction 2 weeks tu terus strt makan biasa
but sampai skrg tak makan nasi sgt, i took pasta, mihun dengan roti jagung


good things that atkins diet did for me is

1. hilang rasa nak makan keropok/cake/biskut/kerepek
2. hilang rasa nak minum air manis - skrg mmg minum air kosong. paling manis pun green tea, tapi tambah ais byk2
3. craving benda manis berkurangan - masih ada tapi tak seteruk dulu

bad things atkins did to me

1. dulu tiap2 pagi tak miss pg toilet pupu, skrg timing lari dahh... kadang2 ptg baru bleh pupu..
2. jadi takut dengan sayur starchy (kentang, labu etc)

tipsnya bel, jangan simpan processed food banyak2 dlm rumah
go for fresh
mcm tu je

dan sila benci santan

i dh campak semua processed food dalam rumah (maggi, keropok kerepek, roti, biskut manis manis, kopi 3in1, sosej, nugget)
so kalau nak makan kena keluar.
nasib baik rumah di tengah hutan banat hahahaha

iean pernah buat atkins diet ni 4 hari boleh turun 2kilo
lepas tu dh tak larat nak buat dh
skarang just control nasi jelah
ambil nasi setengah pinggan sekali sehari
minum air masak byak2
dinner kena ambil before 7pm
sekarang berat 50kg
iean nk turunkan lg 4kg

ketika berdiet?

kalau boleh sehari mesti kena minum minuman manis mcm nescafe siap letak krimer lagi.

baru boleh mulakan kerja dgn minum nescafe.

aku rasa aku boleh turun byk kalau aku tak minum minuman manis tp sgt susah.

dah addicted dgn minuman manis.

guna splenda or stevia instead of sugar
instead of susu pekat manis, ko cuba letak kopi/milo + air panas + stevia + full cream milk
atau teh 0 + madu
atau barley rebus + rock sugar

slow2 reduce, kalau ko go cold turkey mmg susah

and oh, diet soda helps, but limit to 1 can every 2 days.
high in caffeine tp kalau mmg dah betol2 tak tahan tahap menggigil, minum je lah

i read somewhere ada a few tips

1. buat ab crunches/sit up - i try to do 50 a day, separuh pagi separuh malam. Britney spears buat 300 a day baru dpt perut leperrrr
2. side twists, gelek2 ke kiri dan kanan buat 10x3 reps
3. hula hoop - yang ni I takleh.. tak reti
4. belly dance - gelek2

korang yg buat zumba workout pakai kasut apa ye?dulu aku penah terpikir nak beli dance sneakers,google mende alah tu ade jual kat satu kedai kat penang.dia ade jual online...tapi masalahnya aku nak try kasut tu dulu.sape2 tau tak kalo kat area kl ke pj ade jual dance sneakers.kat kl senang sket kot ....walaupoonnn

mine is Nike Lunarfly training shoes, beli di kedai bundle sahaja..hehe..but still in good condition
Tgh simpan duit utk Nike Lunar Always, dgrnya very good support and lightweight

kalau awal2 any training shoes will do as long as it cushions your feet properly
