for me bel kena ambil paling banyak 1750 calories...
masalahnya bel tak reti nak kira calories yg bel ambil seharian...

rini msuk 17 ari wat atkins... alhamdulillah.. suar n baju yg ketat dh bleh sarung...
carbo pun x penah lbh dr 20gram/day.. lupa nk timbang masa mula2 wat.. jd xtau brapa dh turun.. huhuhu

tahniah..kagum dgn uols yg boleh stick with atkins diet. i try 2 hari xmakan nasik, dah gigil2 tido tak lena..skrg hanya kurangkan portion nasi n jogging ptg2.turun skit2 je dlm 2kg in 2 months.

maseh2.. sy dh biasa diet.. start dr 2 or 3 taun lps.. masa tu diet ngan produk..  tp lps baca thread ni rasa nk cuba.. btw,sy penah posa 3 bln berturut2..  rejab/syaaban/ramadhan.. masa ramadhan tu sy skip terus nasik.. kira nya dh biasa x mkn nasik.. tp masa tu buah.. rot..i air manis mmg minum la.. cuma x sekuat masa blom diet dlu..
skang ni pun maseh posa.. selang sehari.. org pggil posa nabi daud...

xpelah... kayuh pelan2... slow2 kurangkn carbo..

klu x pasti calories for certain foods yg kite mkn, bole rujuk cekodok.com...malaysian food database by kevin zahri. n lg 1...bile mmbeli rajin2 bc kt label/nutritional facts...tgk calories n tgk jugak carbs

Bel xde prob x mkn nasi...tp masuk 5 hari rasa sakit kepala...
Bel fening nk fikir menu esp pg n snack. Lunch n dinner senang sbb bel mmg mkn laup pauk.

menu ni xtau ok ke x.. men blasah je bnrnya..kih3..

bekpes
-telo rebus or goreng 2 bijik
-sosej 2 btg
-mayo 1 sudu
-atau sardin +telo grg... sardin tu kasik hancur n gaul dengan telo pastu grg..
bleh tahan gak sdpnya.. sardin cap ayam je..
carbs pun rendah..dlm 1 tin kecik tu lebey kuang 2.43gram je..

lunch
-sayur grg/rebus+ ayam+telo

dinner
-ikan bakar/ayam bakar..
-timun btg...
-atau ayam+kobis grg



p/s: sy masak x letak garam langsung.. tawar camtu je.. hehehe

general advise from me,a nutrition & dietetics graduate
tuk sape2 yg nk trunkn berat bdn, tlg ikut cr yg btol...bkn totally avoid carbs sbb carbs adalah sumber UTAMA tenaga tuk bdn kite
cr yg pls efektif sebenarnya dengan kurangkn lemak dlm diet..sbb 1g lemak tenaga yg dbekalkn lbh 2x ganda dr carbs..so kurangkn makanan yg blemak n bminyak dlm diet...
penurunan brat bdn yg ideal sepatutnye yg slow tp bterusan (0.5-1kg/week) bkn drastic weight loss sbb kalau drastic weight loss tkot ilang byk muscle dr organ2 spt jantung etc

tp kne ingat, mechanism badan kte lg senang tuk convert carbs (glucose) jd energy...lemak amik mase tuk convert jd energy..sbb tu carbs (glucose) main source of energy..n at the same time, kalau x ckup glucose, protein (lean muscle) pn blh di amik tuk dijadikn tenaga n bi-product dr penghasilan tenaga menggunakn protein ni pn blh membebankn buah pinggang...so hati2 la ye
so kwn2 sekalian, nk buang lemak tu sila la exercise ye..xde jln mudah
