BM tesco tu tahan lama tak? |

setelah lame gile terperam BM kat dlm lemari, wiken aritu, tibe2 bersemangat buat roti...hehe..
so on saturday, choc try buat potato bun...tapi frust, roti berat...choc rasa, sbb utama tak jadi sbb yis tu...masa bukak botol yis, choc bau semacam je...tapi teruskan jugak la uli doh tu...dah la lame tak buat roti, main hentam je masuk bahan2 dlm BM...hihi..sudahnye, roti tak naik...keras kejung & tak masak2 even dah 40minit bakar..
then smlm, choc beli yis baru & try lagi skali buat roti..choc buat sweet bun...alhamdulillah menjadi...so now, choc rasa, problem utama nye sbb yis & maybe urutan masukkan bahan tu salah...ni urutan yang choc buat smlm(refer kat a few blogs)..
1) air & telur
2) gula
3) garam
4) bread softener
5) tepung
6) milk powder
7) yis
sbb slalunye, choc letak garam & yis last skali after letak tepung..ehehe.. |

Salam kak...sayapakai kenwood 450,first time buat white bread tp letak choc chips...Ada bend a say a musykil sb selepas say a letak bhn2 mengikut aturan resepi, then say a on main suis kat belakang bm, blm sempat say a choose option membakar bm terus knead doh tu...., Lenape ye? Camne nak choose option ikut jenis bread yg kit a nak masak?
Secondly, I use fresh yeast yg mcm butter tu...resepi requires 1.5 teaspoon of yeast( say a ra dry yeast) sb bila say a letak fresh yeast sebanyak tu roti tak naik ..soalan say a berapa byk fresh yeast saya patut gun a sup a bread naik cantik? |

Salam...I nak tanya, klu function bake tu utk bake je, maksudnya klu kit a uli dough n kuarkan from bm, then bentukkan doh tu then masuk doh tu ke Dalam bm blk untuk bake, jade tak bun tu? |

lepas bentuk2 dough tu..kita kene peram dough tu kasi kembang dulu
lepas kembang baru bake..
tapiiii..bukan ke 'bakul' BM tu kecik je...

jgn tak tau...all my gadget pon letak dlm store..
juice maker, popcorn maker, waffle maker, breadmaker, sandwich maker, pasta maker, stimmer, slow cooker, multipurpose cooker, mixer and tah apa2 lagi gadget yg aku pon dah tak ingat...
yg dok kat dapur...just oven and microwave je.. |
