Suka barilla dgn ricotta cheese ni kat jusco, cold storage ada.

misz kalau pasta itself mmg suka sgt barilla..dulu2 pakai jgk san remo..now x pandang dh lelain,barilla is the best..sos pulak biasa pakai leggo or prego

Tulah. Sejak tengok dalam youtube depa pakai barilla, terus lekat pakai barilla. Suka pakai spaghettini no 3. Masak pun cepat senang.

Sos barilla suka yang ricotta tu. lepas baca review terus beli. Sedap juga.

barilla ni mmg femes satu dunia, sos dia buat dari organic tomato kan? munchkin kalo masak pasta byk ke tambah bhn2 lain?

Munhckin tinggal somewhere near wangsa maju.

Tak pernah rasa pizza kat asia cafe.

So far bagi munchkin the best pizza ada kat la risata jalan ampang. Pizza carbonara & Pizza porcini. Sana puttanesca and spaghetti alla risata sedap juga.

aglio olio ke, totally not bad. pasta yg paling simple n jimat hehe

slalunye presa cincang halus2 bwg putih n rendam dlm minyak zaitun bbrp jam dulu, pastu baru goreng dgn api kecik kalo dah nk siap tu baru letak italian seasoning n daun sup je.

Munchkin kalau masak pasta mmg buat from scratch. Tak pakai sauce mana2 brand. Cuma bila malam dah lapar, tak nak masak megi, masaklah pasta. Kadang buat marinara. Kadang buat puttanesca . Kadang buat corn beef cili padi/ cili merah/ bwg putih or olio with gralic, capers, cherry tomatoes, anchovies, crushed cili, with parsley/ coriander.

Bahan2 nak pasta mmg selalu ada kat rumah.

Anyway barilla punya sauce ricotta not bad jugak. Cuma nanti nak try pesto barilla. Baca review pesto barilla sedap.

Jangan beli jamie oliver punya pesto. Teruk gila rasa. Cam makan dry herb gitu.

dtglah lepak kalo ade cans, asia cafe ni foodcourt yg dkat ngan kolej taylors n metropolitan tu, so time mlm mmg happening lah. yg special pasal pizza brava ni diaorg bakar pakai brick oven yg tradisional tu, rase mmg lain skit...

ic la risata ni 100% masakan itali ke cmpur2?

I think 100% italian food. Awarded the best italian restaurant 2012 n 2011 kalau tak silap. Kat sana pun guna brick oven juga. They use good cheese mozarella for their pizza. Pizza pun harga dalam rm26 ++ gitu. Pasta pun price takdelah mahal sangat. Boleh search website la risata for the menu and prices. Sevice pun bagus.

presa pnah jugak buat sos pasta from scratch, cuma yg x jd sgt sbb tomato tmptan kita ni masam skit, kaler pn lain skit so kene tmbah jugak tomato paste yg pekat tu bg naik rase. yg presa baca the best is fresh plum tomato, cold storage n supermarket lain slalunye ade tp mahal lah. italian seasoning pn make from scratch, cmpur dari herbs yg mane ade kat rumah. presa pakai resepi ni:

presa suke restoran american vivo sbb seafood marinara dia best. Italiannies pn not bad sbb pasta dia freshmade, tak mcm pasta kering tu.

kalo munchkin nk beli pesto, make sure ingredients tu pakai 100% olive oil n pine nuts, sbb byk brand kampeni nk cut cost pakai sunflower oil je. after u try barilla, try lah jugak de cecco kalo jumpe, bhn2 dia mmg 100% ikut resepi asal. presa ni kalo nk beli sos pasta/pesto mmg cerewet skit hehe.

ic, thx for warning. tu mmg produk jamie oliver sndiri ke org lain yg tumpang nama dia?

Munchkin sebelum buat tu pergi rasa kat mana restaurant. Pastu try duplicate balik recipe.

Betul tu kalau nak buat kena guna italian pelati or pomodori tomatoes baru jadi. Kalau tomato masak lama for eg sampai naik minyak, kaler sos akan turn dark red gitu. At least kena render dalam 40 minutes minimum. Kira cam biar dia naik minyak. Mmg selalu beli italian tomatoes in can utk buat pasta. Munchkin guna mixed italian herb/seasoning mccormick punya. Tak beli herb satu2 utk buat pasta. Kalau bolognese je guna. Utk pasta lain tak guna mixed italian herb ni.

Nanti munchkin cuba de cecco tu nanti. Yang jamie oliver punya sauce mmg produk dia sendiri. Buakn munchkin sorang je komplen. Baca review mmg ada bbrp orang komplen.

saya selalu buat sendiri bolognese sos sebab tak suka masam. selalunya sy tambah 1-2 senduk cili kisar tuk kasi rasa pedas2 skit. anak tak suka bolognese so ok ler pedas. kadang kalu ada lebih sos dia buat lasagna pulak.

anak suka carbonara tapi beli yg ready mde
