kek pisang ni...senang sangat buat...blend semua bahan dan bakar atas dapur gas...guna bekas kuih bakar tu...yang berlubang kat tengan tu....

yoh nak buat kek pisang ikut resepi yg dlm buku bwy. Tetiba terperasan xde cake emulsifier? x letak boleh ker?

akak tak berani nak komen...sebab tak tau resipi tu...
tapi akak punya resipi memang tak taruk pun...
ini dia resipi tu...

Kek Pisang

A
5 biji telur
3/4 cawan gula
1 1/4 cawan minyak masak
5-6 biji pisang

B
1 3/4 cawan gandum
1 sudu kecil soda bicarbonat
1/2 sudu kecil garam
(satukan- diayak)

caranya

A dimasukkan di dalam blender..blend sampai hancur...sebati...
masukkan B...kacau hingga sebati...
letak dalam bekas kuih bakar tu...yang bentuk macam donat tu...
letak atas dapur gas...masak 1 jam...guna api yang paling kecil...

Apple Banana Cupcake
[size=-1]
INGREDIENTS

* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 2/3 cup shortening
* 1 1/4 cups white sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup buttermilk
* 1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
* 2 apples - peeled, cored and shredded

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour24 muffin cups, or use paper liners. Sift together the flour, bakingsoda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and sugar untillight and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in thevanilla and buttermilk. Beat in the flour mixture, mixing just untilincorporated. Fold in the mashed bananas and shredded apples. Fill eachmuffin cup half full.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until atoothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool.

bebaru ni buat kek pisang...guna resepi kak noormasri...shedappp...
ita cuma tambah 1 camca besar ovalette jer kat dlm adunan...resepi asal tak der sebenarnya...
ita tabur choc chips sket, ada yg inti chocolate, ada yg plain...campur2...

kek pisang yg pejam mata jer leh buat... semua belasah dalam blender jer..
rasa toksah citerlah...memang sedap pun.

KEK PISANG-norazie

2 cawan gula  [maklang campur ngan brown sugar]
3 cwn tepung gandum
2 cawan minyak masak [boleh ganti ngan butter cair]
6 biji pisang berangan
2 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
6 biji telur

- Blender sumer. Bakar cam biasa. (maklang bakar suhu 180 selama 1jam)

harinie on gak projek kek pisang..pertama kali dalam hidup wat dan makan kek pisang!hehehe..
so try resepi Kak Mas lah..sebab bahan seme dah ada..
ishh...mmg tak rugi lah wat kek nie..sedapp sgt..maunyerr tak sedap..ada walnut lah..cooking choc lah..tgh bako pun harum sermerbak satu umah..tak sabor nk tunggu sejukk..dah siap potong dan kasik skett kat ustazah yusra..maklumlah..esok hari guru kan..hehe..
tapi takde topping lah pasal cheese yilekk..
