calling out for yela!!
this morning around 7.30 i had
1 glass of warm water then 10 mins later
orange+carrot juice.after 30mins i kept on drinking
water.sampai la terlapar lagi baru amik jambu air
sebijik then minum lagi.--->ur verdict?
now nak fikir what to have lunch..
so nak tanya ni s.h.i.take mushroom
tu consider as protein ker?coz nak combine
with my spaghetti later..
if i can stick to this diet then memang nak
continue coz lelemakku sedang bermaharajalela
sekarang hehehehe |

tu laa gals..manjang kantoi..masa pagi berkobar2 tanak amek the animal tapi amek gak sbb nengok binantang tu sume menyelerakan...

dah gi mkn akhirnya berjaya gak tak amik binatang itu..hehehe..
tadi mkn nasi suku + tempe grg + kacang boto 5 btg + syr kubis grg + smbl belacan...sedap tau... |

my fv jugak tu...ikan terubuk bakar! but when i do ffl...i makan dia dgn sayur2. byk tulang pun....so take time jgk nk makan dia. mmg leceh nk mix dgn nasi pun. |
