Jgn tak caya....malam tu memang eynda baca info yela pasal diet tu sambil baring-baring, esok tu pegi MPH terus beli buku FFL. Ada sorang chinese man nampak eynda pegang buku tu...dia kata "wah!! FFL....very interesting book" Dia dah baca & rekomen eynda beli heheheh....Eynda baru baca sambil lalu jer....

Insyaallah eynda nak praktikkan dlm masa terdekat ni :cak: (harap-harap tak hangat2 taik ayam dah le kali ni hihi)

walked into MPH earlier and bought the book FFL II......will read it soon too.

went to bangsar night market and bought myself ......30 oranges and 10 apples .....but i havent got a good fruit mixer ......need to get it tomorrow

u know i heard a good fruit juicer is the jack lalange's juicer. saw on tv shopping some time ago...harga quite high...but can masuk buah sebijik2. and the waste is really dry, which means the juice is really squeezed out. i very the teringin but man...dont have that kind of money!:kant:

yup brother told me about that.......but its damn expensive for a juice mixer ....knowing me...i would rather spend that kind of money on some skincare or cosmetic :lol

hmmm u know yela...i was wondering how can i incorporate this with my elken diet....u know i replace both my meals with dr diet.....so was wondering :hmm:

hmm...allure..if u read the book..they dont like all these supplements...they like the original fresh food. the fresher the better! the lesser processed the better!

ice..nasib baik u suka fruits...that means ur not a total lost cause!

ok..no problem ice..tp kene bg khatam dulu buku tuh..kang bg salah info...susah plak..hehehhe...skang baru baca sampai chapter 5...got another 9 chapter to go...kekekek...

i always take milk,walau pun tak hari2 ,banana also...tp tak cukup la yela..perut ni meragam sgt...yg peliknya makan limau nipis byk tak pe plak...tp peanuts tak buleh bcz it cause angin...bila masuk angin,perut pedih
so now i amik apa saja semua hentam...tak kira bila but i go to the gym.thanks god i'm a housewife

eh tak pe elecom...i pun nak tau pasal like ice...im also pear-shaped! kot boleh adapt the ffl to the body shape food ke. yg penting nya cannot mix protein and carbo and drinking with meals.

mrs...ffl life tak suka org cut meals because that's not a healthy way to lose weight. they want u you to eat..just eat right and at the right time..that's all. try read the book...it will explain everything in great detail. i really want t help u elleviate ur gastric poblem.

lunch pulak hot dog bakar atau nugget bakar ganti kan

b/fast try to eat fruits + frut juice. makan salad for lunch n dinner. if u want protein for lunch okay..takut u nanti lapar n weak aje...tu yg rasa very peckish tu.

and just like ice said in bft store thread...tolong la jgn panggil i kak..eventhough i ni memang la tua ya amat!! just dont want to feel old!! :kant::kant:
