semalam masak brownies.. resipe que_8..

very chocolatey and fudgey.. tapi a bit too sweet for me.. atas dia macam pecah.. napa eh.. anyone can help.. too manis ker?

atas tak letak topping... so nampak la tak lawah nyer ..

rasanya maybe suhu panas sikit..boleh menyebabkan kek merekah/tersenyum tu....

bagi kakliza sekiranya kek tu senyum..
terbalikkan masa nak coating coklat cream..so boleh cover kekurangan cantik tu..
so make sure lapikkan kertas didasar loyang sebelum memasukkan adunan dan bakar pada suhu sekitar 170'C sahaja selama 50 -60 minit...

cokalt mudah hangus pada suhu tinggi...:hmm:

oleh kerana brownis aritu kurang moist..maka kakliza buat lagi..





NUT BROWNIES

Bahan A

2 cawan susu full cream suam
1 cawan butter cair  
2 cawan gula perang [brown sugar]
50 gram cooking coklat


Bahan B [kacau rata]
2 biji telur gred B
1 s/k esen vanilla

Bahan C [ayakkan]
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 s/k baking powder
1 s/k soda bikarbonat
3 s/b roasted badam cincang

Cara
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 175'C selama 10 minit.
2. Cairkan cooking coklat dalam susu suam dan masukkan mentega cair.
3. Kacau semua bahan A supaya sebati.
4. Masukkan bahan B. Kacau rata.
5. Masukkan bahan C dan gaulkan supaya sebati.
6. Lapikkan kertas dalam loyang 10x 10 inci.
7. Bakar selama  50 minit.

KERIM COKLAT

Bahan

250 gm cooking coklat
1 s/b butter/majerin
1 s/k susu cair

Cara
1. Panaskan coklat dalam periuk/bekas secara double boil.
2. Bila coklat telah cair tutup api dan campurkan butter. Kacau sebati.
3. Masukkan susu cair dan kacau lagi.
4. Salutkan pada kek dan hias mengikut kesukaan

yak per....mengada-ngada banyak pun bolehhhh...

kakliza cairkan cara double boil..
150gm  coklat putih  [ white chocolate]
40 gm cocoa butter subtitute hyfat

cairkan coklat putih dan hyfat tu..pastu masukkan dalam piping bag dan pamkan saperti icing cream..
loreklah ikut sesuka hati..nak design apa pun takper...:cak:


hyfat ni adalah minyak isirong sawit - tujuannya mengeras dan mengilatkan coklat..
boleh masukkan dalam coklat cooking juga..so takpayah gunakan butter or majerin untuk mengilatkan coklat...

kak liza pakai cocoa butter ek. shida tak pakai sebab white chocolate yang shida beli ni memang jenis tak meleleh atau melt gitu. sat je dia cepat mengeras. nak basuh bekas pun payah pasal tekstur dia lebih keras dari dark chocolate.

kak liza pun tak sure apa nak apnggil tapi maybe sebut jer cocoa butter..:stp:

memang payah nak basuh kalau dah keras..
so jirus jer dengan air panas..insayaAllah akan hilanglah kedegilan....

Specially dedicated to all brownies and chocolate lovers...........

MY CHEWY GOOEY YUMMY BROWNIES

250g butter - potong kecik
400g chocolate - potong kecik

6 eggs
340g brown sugar
2tsp esen vanilla
20g chocolate emulco

80g tepung gandum
60g cocoa powder
140g kacang walnut/pecan/almond/macadamia (optional)-toastkan

1. Panaskan oven suhu  160C. Sediakan dan alas tray 11X11.
2. Double boil butter dan chocolate hingga cair, ketepikan biar suam sikit.
3. Masukkan telur, gula, esen dan chocolate emulco dalam satu mangkuk, guna hand whisk , kacau hingga gula cair.
4. Tuang adunan butter dan coklat tadi kedalam mangkuk dan gaul rata.
5. Ayak tepung gandum dan cocoa powder, jika bubuh kacang, masukkan dan gaul.  Tuang tepung kedalam mangkuk diatas, gaul hingga rata. Jangan gaul terlalu lama.
6. Tuang dalam tray dan bakar 160C/50 minit-1jam (bergantung pd oven).
7. Bila masak, biarkan dalam tray hingga sejuk. Lebih sedap kalau disimpan semalaman.
8. Sedap dimakan sama ada begitu shj atau bubuh ganache atau dgn icecream atau dgn sos kastad
