    seri,,rasenye bergantung pd ur design kot..klu nak simple2 just pkai sikit je la...i slalu main tuang je...xde timbang2..hehe..klu ade lebih,,simpan..tp slalu mmg i akan ngam2kan..hehe

nak share bday kek my son last year..deco pakai fresh cream,fondan n ganache..

fc tu cair jgk sbenarnye...dsebabkan tgn i cepat panas,,terpaksa pakai sarung tgn time nak deco..then,,letak fc sikit2 dlm piping bag..  sementara tgh deko,fc yg da putar tu,simpan jap dlm esbok..klu yg dlm piping bag tu da cair jgk,,i just masukkan blik dlm mangkuk,ltk dlm esbok kejap bia sejuk,then pukul lg...gitu le adenye..jenuh jgk nak membuatnye...tp sbb anak suke thomas... jdla rupe tu....

oh ok....tq..tapi jenama apa2 pun x per kan dekat BWY tu jenama TOP RIDE....je yg ada..sokena putar sampai kembang la ya, sampai kalo terbalikkan mangkuk dia x jatuh ek,

Its very simple. Just put the whipping cream in a cold bowl and beat with a whisk until you have stiff peaks. If you have a stand or hand mixer, you will save yourself a lot of time and work. Just beat on the highest setting until you have stiff peaks. Just in case you needed to know, stiff peaks mean that when you dip your whisk or beater in the whipped cream and turn it upside down, the cream peaks do not fall over. Good Luck!

me td g village grocer nk cr double cream ingat nk buat sos carbonara sendiri..tanya2 kwn dia ckp xtau..yg jumpa cuma whipped cream..so x beli la td..tension lak rase..agak2 whipping cream sesuai ke nk buat sos carbonara spageti ni

resipi Britain ke?  selalunya sana yang pakai double cream ni...... butterfat 48%, selalunya i use dairy cream/whipping cream biasa saja, yang ni pun pekat......

x..resepi ni jumpa dlm myresepi ke ape tah x ingat tp website malaysia la..xtau kot derang cedok resepi from britain..disebabkan nk buat sgt dan bahan2 dh sedia beli,me g lagi sekali village grocer crk bende alah ni..beli brand anchor whipping cream dlm kotak(tambah pulak yg ni paling murah banding yg lain)..mmg pekat jdnye kuah carbonara..hubby ckp sedap

semalam saya non-dairy whip cream-brand MAURI

start projek deco kul 10mlm...mula2 time melepa tu ok...bila msuk part nk deco,sy mula pasan cream mencair yg dlm piping beg n atas kek pun mcam kembang semangkuk gak....nape macam tuh yea...?

non-dairy nie kalu over wip bole cair gak ker?...sy x berani pukul lama sgat...bila kental n tebalik mangkuk x jatuh sy trus stop wip....ada sapa2 sudi jawab...
