oklah,to be fair.i tak btau lah i agent dr company mana.cuma i btau that i jual unit trust.I joint sbb i sakit hati dgn my boss tak bagi increment tahun ni.even bonus pun sebulan je.Sebelum ni, every year i dapat increment more than 10% and 5 month bonus..

S'thing happen to my company yg buatkan my bosses potong mcm2.I like my job tapi nak extra income.Cost of living makin naik, inflasi pun dok makan my income every year.So, i mmg kena buat part time untuk cari duit lebih.

I mmg tak tau apa2 pasal unit trust.Even my upline pun too busy to help. I cuma attend je meeting, training, baca buku pasal unit trust, beli magazine yg ada kena mengena dgn stock market, or dengar CD pasal marketing.tapi, mmg i tak rely pada sesiapa.semua inisiatif sendiri.

First time I nak approach client mmg nak pecah jantung,takut dapat soalan bukan2.Tapi, kalau tak mula sekarang bila lagikan? So, I approach one of my neighbour. Using the tools that I have - fail yg simple n tsusun, bahasa yg simple.Alhamdulillah..dpt close RM30k..Bunyi mcm sikitkan?tapi dgn komisen yg i dpt for that client je,dah lepas sebulan duit kereta I (dua biji tau!).Tu yg bersemangat tu...

Ada jugak client yg pretend to be so smart, challenge my knowledge.Yelah, KLCI tgh naik.So, some people think it is not a good time to put money.but of course, if u read n learn more.it is not about KLCI je.banyak lagi faktor lain yg kita kena ambil kira.Tapi, i tak ambil hati pun kalau client tak agree.I dont like to waste three four hours of my time convincing only one person.masing2 ada pendapat sendiri n i respect their opinion..For me, back to basic.It is for medium to long term investment..Sesuai untuk retirement or education plan..

Ada jugak yg ok nak invest, tapi nak tunggu adjustment mcm last February...Ada jugak yg compare dgn ASB in terms of loan.Tapi, pendirian I esp to Malay,i tak galakkan buat loan.It is very risky.Sikit2 pun, kalau kita simpan duit sendiri.so tak payahlah sibuk2 nak buat loan semata2 nak mlabur.We cant predict what will happen in future!!

My clients so far, banyak yg muda2.They can put up to RM10000.SInce, jadual kerja i ketat, I kurang ada masa nak buat listing or cold call. Amazingly, clients yg ada ni lah jadi I punya advertising agent. Maybe they like my style, diorg dok sebar2 pada kawan2 yg lain about my products.Thanks to all of them.

Like i said, i baru setahun jagung.So, kareneh yg ada pun still i boleh handle.kalau i ada case yg susah gila nak settle, i akan share kat sini. I am still learning.....

Well, good for u. Apa pun good luck, moga u success dlm bidang yg u pilih dan ceburi. Bg saya, mgkn ada salah dan silap di mana2. Wlu pun saya dah resign dari Prudential tp saya masih maintain polisi saya dgn Prudential.

Kalau ader duit lebih tu baik buat investment tapi yg kita invest lak jgn lah guna digunakan utk bayar caj kesihatan kita ... biar orang lain bayarkan ...kita tumpu pada invest shj.

Ni bunyi hang hang ni, hang org utara ka???...cheq ni org utara, kedah mai. Shah Alam aku dok kat seksyen 36 (Kg Jawa), keje kat kilang Panasonic seksyen 21...
