Bahan-bahan ( 12 cups- bergantung pd saiz bekas )

akak.. hehehe.. saya nih teramatlah tak pandai bab masak memasak nih.. tapi bila tgk tepung pelita nih.. aiii sejuk rasa tekak.. hehehe.. kalau santan tuh boleh ke tuka ngan santan kotak?? pastuh pandan tuh aci tak tuka ngan aicing pandan jer.. hehehhe (malas nak pi pasor n kira nak senang jer)

campur semua adunan hijau dalam periuk masak atas api sederhana sam ...

ok kak,maknanye mcm ni ker ikut pemahaman misz..

adunan hijau:
Tepung, air, gula, air daun pandan dan air kapur dibancuh hingga sebati.

adunan putih:
Perah santan, masukkan tepung yg 4 sudu tadi dan garam. Kacau sehingga sebati dan ketepikan.
Masakkan tepung yg diadun dan kacau hingga masak dan berkilat.

2 2 adunan ni dimasak berasingan kn?tunggu adunan hijau tu sejuk dulu br simbah yg putih atas dia kn

sorryla akak,sy budak br nk belajar hehe..since my son suka sgt tepung pelita ni,mmg gigih sgt nk belajar buatnye..beli rase rugi pulak..

rasa dia sangat sedap... pakai jagung dalam tin yg jagung cream pun leh, atau jagung manis pun boleh ...

dh buat puding jagung..tp kurang gemarla kalau mmg pakai tepung kastard je,letak terlebih,mmg keras elok tp rase x kene dgn tekak,kalau kurangkan portion kastard rase ok,tp lembik pulak..misz suka guna agar2 mix dgn tepung kastard sikit je br jd ok

saya pakai santan kotak jer... boleh guna pes pandan kalau tiada daun pandan

nak lagi sedap kuih pelita macam orang dok jual tuh...
atas lapisan hijau letakkan 1/2 sudu kecil gula then lapis dengan lapisan putih santan...

puding mangga
PUDING MANGGA

Bahan-bahan ( 6 orang )
2 biji mangga ranum
170ml F&N krimer sejat
80ml fresh cream
100g fresh milk
1/2 s/k tepung custard
600ml air suam
100gm granulate sugar
15gm serbuk gelatin
setitik dua pewarna kuning


Cara-cara
campur gelatin dengan 300ml air suam, kacau dan biarkan selama 10 minit.
campur air selebihnya dengan gula dan kacau hingga larut.
kupas kulit dan buang biji mangga, mixer/FP kan isi sampai jadi puree.
campur 1 dan 2, masukkan 3, krimer sejat, fresh cream, fresh milk, tepung custard, dan kacau. masukkan pewarna dan kacau lagi.
letak bowl tadi diatas air berais dan kacau sehingga sejuk dan kelihatan pekat. kalau suka boleh tambah mangga yang dipotong dadu kecil2 untuk merasa texture yang berbeza dalam pudding ini.
tuang kedalam bekas pudding, sejukkan dalam petisejuk selama 1 atau 2 jam sebelum dihidang. bolehlah dihias dengan hirisan manggo dan mint.

Isk I typed 10x asik hilang je   ..to reply u.....yup same recipe like creme caramel but instead of steaming... flan kena waterbath. ....therefore, the consistency is diff from creme caramel

yg ni pulak tepung pelita buat semlm..thanks utk kak @sitipayung yg bg guidance..tp santan nye terlebih masin pulak..lain kali kene kurangkan garam..

banana nut bread pudding

bahan2...
4 cawan roti potong empat
1/4 cawan butter dicairkan
3 biji telor
2 cawan susu segar(ambo guna low fat milk)
1/2 cawan gula kastor
2sk esen vanila
pisang dipotong setebal 1/2 inci
1/2 cawan kekacang (ambo guna badam)
sedikit garam
sedikit serbuk kayu manis

caranya...
panaskan oven 170 darjah celsius
aturkan roti yang sudah dipotong ke dalam acuan
siram butter cair ke atas roti
di dalam mangkuk, sebatikan telor, susu, gula kastor, esen vanila, garam dan serbuk kayu manis,
masukkan pisang
curahkan adunan ke atas roti yang disiram butter tadi, taburkan badam
bakar selama 40-45 minit atau sehingga masak.
sejukkan dan boleh di ngap sayot!...
