Hmm pregnant kali ni koci strict taknak makan...cian hubby dia suke tapi takleh nak beli, pegi umah ipar ada durian dia makan senyap2 kat dapur...tau2 dia dah makan masa kita tidur...cian kita tak rasa durian...

Does caffeine affect fertility?
That depends on how much you're getting. On the one hand, consuming moderate amounts of caffeine (less than 300 milligrams a day, or what you'd get from two or three cups of coffee) doesn't appear to affect a woman's fertility. (That's according to a 2003 report from the Center for the Evaluation of Risks to Human Reproduction at the National Institutes of Health.) On the other hand, at least one recent large study found that women who consumed 300 mg of caffeine or more a day took longer to conceive than those who got less or none.

To be safe, it's probably wise to limit your caffeine intake. Your doctor or midwife may even advise you to cut it out completely. Caffeine has no nutritional value and can even cause your bones to lose some calcium, an important nutrient for a healthy pregnancy. There's also some evidence that getting more than 300 mg a day can raise your risk of miscarriage.
If you decide to give up caffeine, ease off slowly to avoid withdrawal symptoms such as fatigue and headaches.

How much caffeine is in my favorite foods and beverages?
Caffeine is in all the usual suspects (coffee, tea, and cola) as well as in chocolate, other soft drinks (including some orange sodas and root beers), and "energy" drinks. It's also in some over-the-counter drugs, including some headache, cold, and allergy remedies. The amount of caffeine in coffee and tea varies widely, depending on whether they're brewed or instant, weak or strong. Check the chart below for caffeine amounts in some common foods and beverages.

Cappuccino - 2 ounces (40-70 mg) -- my fav. if hang-out with friends
Milk chocolate - 1 ounce  (1-15 mg) -- hubby suke buat this for me
Iced tea  - 12 ounces (65-75 mg) -- suke order this if makan luar with hubby ;)

siannye koci kiter lak biler ckp ngan hb tingin sangat dia bagi la seulas rasa coz tingin kan ...heheh tapi kiter ngandung nih kalau tingin pon bukan nak mkn banyak pon janji rasa jerk ....

nie ade sedikit petua dan pemakanan semasa preggy, bersalin etc.
1) Petua Memudahkan Bersalin.
a) Amalkan baca Surah Yassin disertai niat dan doa sepanjang tempoh
     kehamilan.
b) Hampir bersalin amalkan zikrullah  Tasbih Nabi Yunus.
c) Amalkan minum air lebihan suami.
d) Amalkan meminum air basuhan rambut/hujungnya ketika mandi.
e) Amalkan makan buah kurma sepanjang tempoh kehamilan ia membantu memberi tenaga, sumber kalsium
     dan melembutkan otot rahim dan seangkatannya/memudahkan laluan bayi/selain turut berperanan
     memperhaluskan nurani bayi disertai zikir/selawat.
f) Minum air kelapa di hujung kehamilan membantu membersihkan bayi.
g) Petua mama - Amalkan makan telur mentah di hujung kehamilan.
h) Kerap makan sayur bendi bagi memudahkan laluan bayi.

   Berehat secepat mungkin. Minum segelas kopi ataupun segelas air suam dicampur sedikit gula. Dan sapukan hirisan bawang merah di ibu jari kaki kemudian selimut tebal hingga berpeluh

3) Petua Mengempiskan Perut Selepas Bersalin
   
   a)  Ambil sebiji limau nipis diperah airnya, sedikit air asam jawa pekat kemudian dicampur sedikit    kapur sirih. Jika dikhuatiri gatal titiskan bersama beberapa titisan minyak mestika, kayu       putih, mahu pun minyak berangin lain. Memang diakui gatalnya tapi amat mujarab dan amat         memuaskan hasilnya. Sapukan pada perut, biarkan ia kering sebentar sebelum memakai bengkung     sepanjang waktu berpantang ataupun ketika waktu malam sahaja. Boleh juga dibalut dengan daun    sireh sebelum memakai bengkung bagi mengatasi masalah screcthmarks.

   b) Sedikit cuka, garam dan kunyit dikisar. Tampal pada perut dan bengkung perut ketika dalam         pantang.
   
   c) Sedikit beras disangrai dan kisar halus, sedikit cekur, gula merah, air asam jawa dan sedikit     air suam diadun kesemuanya kemudian tapis dan minum. Amalkan seminggu 3 kali.

   d) Halia lebih kurang 3cm, limau nipis besar sebiji, sedikit air suam, secubit garam dan lada hitam lebih kurang 15 biji dikisar/ditumbuk. Diadun dan tapis, minum airnya.Lakukan sehingga mendapat hasil yang dikehendaki.
  
   e) Lengkuas Padi/Helang/Ranting - iaitu ubi, daun dan batang ditumbuk halus ditampal pada perut bertujuan membuang angin sekaligus untuk mengecutkan perut.Selain itu baik juga utk disapu pada badan utk mengubati lenguh-lenguh badan ataupun sakit sendi.
  
   f) Asam jawa, jadam dan air mendidih diadun tampal pada perut dan bengkungkan ia sepanjang tempoh    berpantang.

   g) Dalaman - Ambil beberapa potongan halia ditumbuk halus lalu digaulkan dengan perahan asam jawa  yang pekat lalu dimakan dengan nasi. Hasilnya InsyaAllah perut menjadi kempis malah pengaliran  darah dalam badan juga akan lebih teratur dan wajah akan tampak lebih sihat dan berseri.

   h) Daun jambu serta kapur sirih digiling dan disapu pada perut setiap hari sehingga mencapai hasil   yang memuaskan.

   i) Ambil lada hitam lebih kurang 21/2 genggam kemudian ditumbuk halus, dicampur dengan sebiji ragi   tapai digaul bersama cuka bercampur air asam jawa. Setelah ramuan digaul sebati, sapu pada      perut serta keliling pinggang kemudian dibengkung kuat/ketat.

mm..mmg kalau byk sgt soya jd mcm ni ek?mysuria ni mmg suka air soya..so, masa pregnant, mmg biasa minum..bkn sbb utama nak anak putih, tp mmg dah suka..anak mysuria mmg putih..sampai my fernz kata, hang ni ada keturunan mat salleh ka..sbb mysuria cerah2 je..hb lak..satu family mmg gelap skit.. Tp betul la..kulit dia mmg sensitif sgt..blk kg, mesti bw bekal kudis blk kl..kalau kena gigit nyamuk ke, semut ke, mmg sampai blh kudis..tu dah penuh parut..satu hal pulak, sapu ubat nak hilang parut..
