kalau masalah perut + peha + lengan yang besar camne nak buat?

possible tak dlm sebulan bleh turun 25kg? kira target 5kg perweek....

aku 14 tahun ada sixpack,biceps,triceps...tp aku pendek...dan orang citer kalau budak 14 tahun ada six pack..six pack tu akan hilang bila aku older...

firstly u tak boleh spot reduction, nak kurang kat sini, nak kurang kat sana.
ia bergantung kepada fungsi fisiologikal badan dan juga genetik.
25kg sebulan terlalu drastik, saya nasihatkan jgn, nnti badan u masuk ke catabolic mode dan menyimpan lemak yang lebih banyak.

semakin meningkat umur, thp metabolisma semakin kurang, so, bila anda pasif, metabolisma kurang, makan pulak terlebih, of coz la hilang packs tu

smtime nk pi gym mls n memboringkan tol x....... pe kata u all tukar selera, tiap2 pg n petang buat senamrobik...... best tau, bkn shj membakar lemak n meningkatkan stamina, malah boleh membentuk badan anda. jgn ingt senamrobik only for girls, guys pn bleh....... gune music lg, mst x bosan.

come on, be fit with senamrobik.....

menarik topik ni...tapi x sempat khtam lagi...baru joined clbrty ftnes end last mnth..nak betulkan mana2 part yg terlebih...seksa sungguh rasanye....tapi bab peha mmg susah sket ker nak rduce???
