oh, i wouldn't say that. ryan leaf is not even close to rivers. he's a bust from the get go. for that particular game, yes, i agreed with you. rivers has been inconsistent this year. i think he should go back to fundamental, watch his plays of this year with his dad, and may be his dad will be able to point out his problem.

by the way, i like ryan leaf throws the football. he's not accurate but he definitely has a cannon arm - he can throw long ball like he didn't put much effort to do it.

that's why i can't wait for jamarcus russell to show his talent with the raiders. if everything goes as everybody envisions, it will be a privilege watching him play.

Rivers is so inconsistent this season. Wonder if Chargers can ever be the 14-1 team again with Turner as the HC. I should give Turner a chance since this is his first season as a HC ....Come on Offense, you guys need to do something!

i agreed with you. this is turner first year with the chargers and the team is still trying to adjust to his style. so, we should not expect the result to match last year's.

on the other hand, turner is an experienced head coach and chargers are not in rebuilding mode. chargers are an experience team with lots of pro bowl players who are good enough to NOT produce the results they are producing right now. so, it's hard for the fans not to have high expectation this year. they don't expect the team to match last year's record, but at least show them that they are superbowl contender, not just playoff contender.

to me, chargers are better than their 5-5 record indicated. if they finished with less than 10 wins this season, it's a disappointment. so, they need to win 5 of their last six games. it's not impossible but they may not make it as their next three games are not a walk in the park - ravens at home; chiefs and titans away.

uuuuuuuu..... yes, it hurts. Farve injured. gonna be tough w/o him. i think they'll lose some ground in theie division before the regular season will be over. they're 10-2 now

this reminds me of oregon when they're losing dennis dixon, except oregon was unberaten before he was out from game.

favre has been a quick healer throughout his career, even at this age. so, until he's been declared that he won't make the next start, i won't count him out.

this loss is not good news to the packers as i don't think favre had ever led the packers to a win at texas stadium (looks like the road to superbowl for nfc will go through dallas).

the win is big for the boys as they don't want to play in green bay in january - green bay is almost unbeatable at lambeau in the playoff with favre under center.
