wah..besh ehh,kira cucur sihat lah tok oww,mun maok sihat gik goreng pakey olive oil,dahlah bahan2 nya sikit,senang gik d polah...kelak coba,kebetulan semua bahan ada di rumah...huhuhu..

Ada kamek molah cucur sos tiram Muntz ya. Nang sedap tapi kamek ungkah isi ayam, daun sup & daun bawang. Berik telur, nang sedap bangat!!! BTW, kamek belajar molah dim sum. Dah start cuba resipi mcm2.

Kitak org shd try this dim sum.

Jiao Zi (Northern Chinese Dumplings)



Ingredients
makes 30-35 dumplings

Wrapper
# 250g plain flour, sifted
# 1/2 cup water

Filling (mix together)
# 200g chicken fillet, coarsely diced
# 50- chives, chopped
# 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
# 1 teaspoon sesame oil
# 1 teaspoon light soy sauce or to
taste

Ginger & vinegar dipping sauce
(mix together)
# 2 tablespoons finely-chopped ginger
# 3 tablespoons white rice vinegar

Chilli dipping sauce (blend together)
# 5 red chillies
# 1 clove garlic
# 2cm ginger
# salt and sugar to taste

Method
To prepare the wrappers
Add enough water to the flour to knead into a smooth dough. Cover with a cloth and set aside for half an hour. Roll into a long sausage and cut into 3cm pieces. On a floured surface, roll the pieces out thinly into circular wrappers, about 8cm in diameter.

To assemble
Place a spoonful of filling in the centre of a dumpling wrapper. Fold over to form a crescent shape and pinch the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
To pan-fry the dumplings, heat a non-stick frying pan and put a little oil in it; rotate the pan to coat with the oil. Pan-fry the dumplings on both sides over medium heat until they are lightly browned and crisp at the edges.
Alternatively, drop them into a pot of boiling water and allow to cook for 3 minutes. Serve the dumplings hot with the dipping sauces.

Kamek makei minyak jagung.. sihat sik owh? Kamek nak beli olive oil tapi mahal gilak.

Tapi kamek dah molah kajian.. minyak paling sihat ialah minyak canola. Jadi minggu ya tek kamek beli sebotol saiz sedang minyak canola. Tok nang benar2 sihat lar.

sik juak mahal ne.. sebotol saiz sederhana ya RM8 jak.... ada mahal dalam RM2 berbanding minyak sawit. Tapi bagus bah amalkan minyak masak canola tok. Pakei goreng pun bagus... sik byk saturated fat.

Tok kamek compare kandungan lemak dalam canola dan sawit..

Sory mun sik centre gilak di atas tok.. kamek copy paste jak. Mun kitak nangga, saturated fat dalam sawit setinggi 52% tapi Canola oil coma 6% jak.

kamek baca dlm reader's digest (februabry)..omega 3 alert..omega 3 tok boleh di dapati dlm minyak canola juak ko...hehehe..bok baca sebab edisi RD edisi feb kamek bok sampe ari dolok...hish lambat ceta...anyway thanks for the info.

1 senduk nasik ajinomoto
Minyak

1. Tumis bawang merah & bawang putih sampei wangi.
2. Masukkan agik sikit minyak. Kak ya masukkan 4 tin corned beef.
3. Masukkan 1 senduk nasik ajinomoto utk perasa.
4. Goreng corned beef sampei sikit hitam. Hidangkan. Cukup utk 4 orang.

ya Allah muntz,banyak na juak aji ya??? satu senduk nasik???...aih sik luruh rambut klak ka???... resipi tok kira sorang setin corn beef la...cuba kitak campur ngan jagung ligo..mesti power gik rasanya...
