Sik tau lah mun dah ada resepi tok kat thread tok i.e. UMAI. Selain ikan parang, ikan apa agikkah bagus nak molah umai... erm...share juak resepinya...

Mun kamek, my method of molah mihun belacan is as follows:

Mihun Belacan

Bahan-bahan:

Mihun (rebus/celur dlm air panas sampei kembang...err..taukla sampeynya masak nak??Hehhehehhe)

Garnishing:
1. Sotong basah-rebus sampei masak and potong keping
2. Timun-buang atinya n then sagat kecik2 or potong halus2. Paling best mun lepas hiris ya engkah dlm fridge n nak ngidang baruk keluarkan n serve as garnishing. The coolness of timun ya berpangkak dgn kuah nang best.
3. Telur padi (century egg)-rebus then potong 4. Otherwise mun tekak sik biasa boleh juka makey telur rebus biasa

Kuah:
1.Udang kering-rendam lok. Kuantiti mok byk uak, bergantung dengan berapa byk nak masak
2. Belacan-Duhh...dah nama mihun belacan tek nakk... ..tuk pun mok banyak. Rasanya tuk sik perlu ditunok dolok, sebab takut mun ditunok nya jadi pahit.
3. Cabik kerin-blend. Ikut suka berapa byk. Mun mok pedas tambah lagik.
4. Gula/garam/aji/lada putih-the usual suspects.
5. Tepung jagung bancuh ngan air-key memekatkan kuah nya kelak.
6. Bawang putih + bwang merah-sik perlu banyak gilak, but lebihkan bawang putih.

Blend all these ingredients together sampei lumat with lotsa water. msuk dalam periuk, startkan api and tambah some more water. Simmer everything in medium heat. Jgn makey api panas gilak takut mun nya menggelegak alu berbuih tumpah dari periuk kelak heheh

Mun estimet dah masak then masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung k memekatkan lagi kuah tuk.

Now it's eady to serve ..Simple jak kan???Tapi mek dah lamak sik molah, so if anybody rasa mek dah lupak somethign feel free to share juak info kat situk

kitak orang ada sik resipi lempuk durian atau dodol durian labu atau nak sewaktu dengan nya visi orang sarawak pon. since kinek tok banyak durian teringin nak molah sendiri. mun ada tolong share ok. tengkiu

mek rasa susah mok carik .. coz cdak kawan kmk banyak mintak kirum dari ctok
asa sik berbaloi jak .. postage post laju mahal gik dari barang nak d kirum ya
