bagi aku not everyone is lucky to get a job oversea though they have skills and experiences at home. tak semestinya kita keja kat obersea,kita tak berkhidmat kat negara. for eg, masa aku undergrad (still now) few  malaysians yg keja kat US nih will contact MSD or Malaysian students Association directly for coop placement etc. in a way, depa tak lupa kat org mesia and they actually give opportunity to malaysian students to have a bit of taste oberc experiences. lepas tu ikut budak tu lah nak sambung keja kat situ or balik malaysia. at least he/she already has 1 yr working experience under his/her belt. cheq rasa la org macam ni berkhidmat kat negara jugak walaupun depa keja kat oberc

I kerja kat  oversea now... The best thing kerja kat sini... boleh argue w boss and co workers on issues that we dont agree on... masa meeting boleh bertekak and express our opinion.. macam gaduh2 le... tapi habis meeting kita orng berbaik2 semula.. nobody  has hard feelings toward each other.. siap buat joke on the way balik ke cubicles masing2.... even just 10 mins ago we all had a disagreement...

aku teringin  gak nak keje kat sini after grad nnt... tapi terpakse terime hakikat peluang keje utk bidang yg aku amik utk international students amat2  sikit.. nak apply internship pun susah.. sumenye nak US citizenship.. paling kurang kene ade permananent resident status....

i urge u to apply job at pomona area ..small companies.. they are looking for apprentice.. gaji tak banyak sgt ~$36-$40K.. tp keja very challenginglah..mau kena prepare for multitasking job..a little knowledge of spanish will help.. (aku cerita ni kalau hang mechanical background)

buat masa skrg, kalau hang nak keja parttime, slalunya city of LA ada kosong utk budak yg masih lagi belajaq, the pay is gud and time is flexible..cuma agak jauh dr USC ajalah.. and again, result mau kencang..

kusyuk aku baca thread ni..
aku pun tingin nak migrate..tingin sangat2..
tapi bukan nak keje..bior hubby aku sorang jerk keje tanggung aku dan anak2..

the main reason aku nak migrate sbb anak..
aku ada anak istimewa sorang..
kat sini pembelajaran dan kemudahan unt OKU amat kurang..
doktor anak aku pun bagi cadangan camtu
biler anak dah pandai jaga diri..
balik malaysia semula...

adik bongsu mak aku ada kat LA..
dah almost 25 yrs di sana..
kalo nak ke US..accomodation mmg takde masalah..

i rasa if nak keje overseas but now in malaya, try laa cari2 keje kat mnc where hq n other offices around d world.. n where there is a possibility of being send out for short term.. this case, if berfamily senang coz most expenses co leh cover.. mmg is not easy to be transfered out, but at least there is a possibility.. coz most mnc nie.. u have to tell them what u want in ur career, if there is an opening... sesuai ngan u..ada rezeki..dapat laa..

kalau nak mai or being offered a job n being paid same as d local... susah sikit kut especially if berfamily.. expenses is gonna be high.. will be lucky if spouse allowed to work...

my frend's experince.. started working in kl after grad.. finance n consulatancy area.. lately, managed to secure a job with UK co..yg dtg interview dia kat kl... now working in UK as a normal brit.. a bonus..she had ACCA... which was paid off by her last employer...

i guess a certain prof certificate would be a bonus in applying a job overseas.... indeed an investment..

Dkt sini ada setengah company tak pentingkan sangat BI (IT, Doktor Doktor) sebab prof IT dari India BI teruk gak gitu juga doktor dari China, Taiwan, hong Kong, Indonesia etc. your abe tu special in what?
