fish,
i think buang masa je ko bagi nasihat kat aku, sebab aku jenis yang degil jugak. suka ikot kata hati aku. kesian kat ko sebab terpaksa layan orang macam aku.

aku rasa aku ni mula dah jadik tak betui bila aku asik memikirkan tentang kesedehan.
sekarang ni hampir tetiap ari aku nak menangis je.

aku teringat kat kawan-kawan aku yang dulu. waktu kami menghabiskan masa bersama. dan bila dah berkawen, ada awek/balak semuanya pergi tinggalkan aku. dan takde masa utk aku.

dan sekarang aku terpaksa hadapi lagi...tensennnnyaa

bungacengkih....nobody can actually be your best fren except you and yourself....people can be your friend but they can never be your best friend....so love yourself to the fullest...pamper yourself to the max...cry yourself out if it makes you feel better and laugh yourself out, if it makes you feel good...

you are actually not being stubborn...you are juz not ready to change...not that you do not know how to change...not that you simply refuse change...juz the time is not right...but do you really think you should change????....

changing takes a lot of effort and it really need to come from within you...not the force from somebody...not from pujukan orang sekeliling...not from the influence of friends....and you need to really know you are changing from what to what?...but are you sure you want to change yourself from being a sensitive person to someone whom is not sensitive...do you feel that you will love yourself if you cannot feel the sadness and you cannot cry the sadness???....

being sensitif is not a disease..its a special feeling that makes us more appreciative about our surrounding...about the people whom we care..a special ability for a special person....why do you felt that being sensitive is a problem...you should appreciate yourself whom is able to cry when you are sad...laugh when you are happy...cry when you feel that you are going to loose a friend...and be excited of meeting new people...most people don't care about losing a friend.... but you do...and you should be proud of that feeling....

most people can cry but they cannot cry like you do...you cry till you felt exhausted and worn-out...when you cry, your whole system cried with you...your whole body felt the anguish, the sorrow, the emptiness, the loneliness...your tears starts from your wounded heart, flowing in between your eyes and finally got dried up on your beautiful cheek....

they can feel pain but they cannot feel pain like you do...sakit yang dirasakan sperti menghiris ulu hati...sakit yang dirasakan seperti sebilah pisau yang tajam menghiris-hiris tangkai hati....sakit yang menghasilkan titisan darah di keseluruhan jiwa dan raga lu until you felt warm all over due to the warmness of the flowing blood from the wounded heart...they can feel pain but the pain was converted to dendam which make people hate other people more...menghapuskan rasa kasih...melenyapkan rasa sayang...menghancurkan rasa cinta....

we've seen too much happening around us where more and more people have practised to make their heart as cold as stone and not as warm as the morning sunshine....they feel that having a solid hard heart is cool...crying is catastrophic..crying is a disaster...crying spell weaknessess...

so what...crying is actually a good therapy...its exercise the heart to be stronger...its making the feeling feels deeper and more understanding on the happenings around the world...

bungacengkih...its healthy to cry...what you need is to learn how to balance your feelings....crying when you are happy is different from the crying when you are sad...but whatever it is, both are healthy and should be encouraged...I would highly recommend some of fish_07 ideas...but I would not cover up my sadness by taking the focus away from it and not dealing with it outfront....if you are sad...cry your hearts out...find out the cause of sadness, deal with it to make sure you would not be sad by it again....then only you go enjoying your exercise in order to celebrate your success in dealing with the feeling...to enjoy sweating up the body...coz you want to make your body stay healthy....

believed me this...if more people can actually cry their hearts out, I believed we would be living in a more peaceful world...

pepatah ada mengatakan...berkawan biar seribu...berkasih hanya satu...so be friends with the whole world...but then bila berkasih, berkasihlah dengan yang satu..ALLAH s.w.t....yang akan sentiasa bersama mu  tak kira masa...tak kira tempat....

akak..
cuba setiap hr penuhkan masa..
jgn bagi masa utk berseorangan kecuali tdo ker..solat ker..mandi ker..ehehe..
bler akak berseoranganlah akak fikirkan kesedihan..kan?
penuhkan hr dengan mende2 yg berfaedah..
sy pon dulu pernah depressed gaks..tp kita harus move on..
sy pon dolu mmg sensitip..cepat marah..maklumlah anak bongsu kot..kalo kene marah terus merajuk..nangis..xleh kene tinggal..mesti merajuk..ahaha..
tp skrg nih..alhamdulillah, dah kurang perangai sensitp sbb sy sedar..
buat apa nak mengadu nasib..sumer kita leh ubah..
nak banding2 kan ngan org lain buat aper..
kita special in our own way..

yg penting..kita harus pandai kawal emosi..jgn pikir sngt kesedihan..kenapa jadi mcm tuh..kenapa jadi mcm nih..apa salah aku..kanapa benda yg baik tuh x berlaku kat aku..kenapa dia?..
baik akak fikir apa yg akak leh amik iktibar..dr pikir kan kenapa..baik pikir kan mcm mana nak jadi mcm tuh jugak..
sentiasa senyum..beri senyuman pd sesiapa  sahaja boleh membuatkan org yg kita senyumkan itu berdoa utk kita..even makcik cleaner pon..senyum jer..

sentiasa berfikir..esok masih ada utk kita memperbaiki diri..
think positive kak!!
