ohh ye ke..ingatkan agent ni takde hal dgn asian...rupa rupanyer ada yg pilih bulu gak..alahai..macam mana ni...terus migraine dah

takkan nak stay hotel kot sementara nak tunggu 1-2 weeks...risaunyer...
duit bukannyer byk lagipun ni first time lak tu gi sana...
alamak..mcm nak cancel pun ada gak ni..tapi dah sign letter...hmmmm

ye ke..dental mahal? walaupun sekadar nak tukar getah braces? mcm ni lambat la nak bukak braces sedihnyerrr......

ekekeke sedangkan kat m'sia pun pilih bulu.... ye tak?

ooo la ye ke? you dtg2 terus mau rumah sewa? i dulu duduk kat apartment for a month dulu baru move in. ye la, mau pastikan you get the right house. and sometimes agent ni if you call, belum tentu dpt viewing on that week it self. so tu la pasal.

but for that whole month tu, company yg bayar the apartment rent as well as our expenses. diorang kasik tempoh one month saja to find a house & settle down. then bond/deposit pun company yg bayar.

yes dental mahal... thats why i tak pernah check gigi kat sini. balik m'sia murah

but insyallah boleh survive. you ada family ke sorang? if sorang lagi senang.....

ikutkan plan i..i nak sewa sebulan dulu apartment..tapi mostly mahalnyer and takde pun yg kasik sewa 1 month...budget i roughly up to $1.3k la apartment fully furnished before i move to other apartment.mcm u ckp la kena cari the right apartment kan u ada any contact agent yg bagus? tapi i kena bayar sendiri la dulu coz i tak entitled for any relocation expenses..i ada call up few agents memula borak ok je ..bila tanya background..country ..religion..dorang surprise and terus ckp most of the landlords ni tak prefer asian..if dorg kasi rent pun mostly to chinese..i wonder why eh?

alamak..risau la..dah la braces i ni ceramic..kena tukar getah everymonth takkan la the same getah je nak pakai sampai tunggu balik malaysia..aduh..

i pergi sorang je..i'm single..tu yg nak prepare dulu..i ni suka prepare awal awal sebab senang sikit...now i risaulah..hmm

hmmm.... contact agents. takde la. the first house i sewa, was under LJ Hooker. now im with RentCentre (a new company) mmg mula both keberatan tapi bila dgr company yg mau sewa, dan dan tu free nak buat house viewing.

ooo which company are you attached to if you dont mind me asking. selalu patut dpt relocation expenses.....

yup yup.. i understand the braces issues. it will cost more coz kena jumpa orthodontist and not the normal dentist. i like wearing braces. retainer yg ku nyampah pakai..... sampai pernah terbuang kat McD

Achik, explain sket the difference between these two

retainer guna after you have had your braces out. kiranyer unt maintain the teeth at the position after you bukak the braces la. coz after bukak braces, gigi you still boleh gerak.

betul betul..kite pun kenkadang pilih bulu gak..tapi rasanyer tak la teruk sgt kot hehehehhe

tapi betul la bile dgr company nak sewa laju je dorang nak arrange...tapi kalo sendiri nak sewa..memacam la pulak dorang questions...till now masih cari cari lagi ni....

dasat la ehh immigration ni...nak process visa pun dia nak surat confirmation from previous employer...kenapa la ehh...

ntah arr dorang ni..tak kasik relocation expenses..maybe sebab i dtg single....cozmy friend dtg and inform bwk family...dia kasik laa accomodation...takpe laa...takde hal...
tapi actuallynyer i ambil post contract  instead of permanent..sebab kalo rasa tak suitable..boleh balik lepas habis contract...kalo suitable...i boleh continue jd contract or permanent..camtu la hehehehe
company yg i keje ...company yg suka perasan bagus je kasik consultancy..heheh..

alahai cost more la pulak jumpa dentist..takpe laa..demi gigi..harus ke teruskan juga..cuma takmo convert duit dlm RM masa gi buat tu..kalau tak..harus nangis..

dont forget to clear you taxes kat m'sia b4 going off tau. nanti LHDN ingat you masih working kat m'sia then they will still tax you walaupun you udah pindah sini. nanti tax kat OZ pun you bayar.. kat m'sia pun you kena bayar.

betul tu...thanks coz ingatkan eh...coz ada vp kat sini pun ckp benda yg sama.....
time dia dulu..dia dah clearkan tax...tapi dia lupa declare yg dia nak pindah oversea.....
bile dia balik je...dia kena tax and kena fine 500...

aiyakk ada ferris wheel besau dekat MCG ke? itu permanent structure ke pasang kejap aje? dulu aku ingat heboh pasal nak buat satu ikon utk melbourne (sama mcm opera house utk sydney), then ada yg cdgkan buat ferris wheel dlm herald sun tapi dibantah plak sebab tiru mcm london huhu... macam2
