We all know SM and BoA's slogan for her venture into America, Best of Asia, Bring on America. With that said, BoA is showing everyone that no matter what country she's in, she can still be at the top of the charts!
BoAdebuted at #10 at Amazon's Bestseller in Music and Pop Genre and movedon to #8 the next day! She started out low on iTunes, at #61, but makesit up with a huge move of 54 spots to take the #5 rank in the Pop albumsection. BoA moves up another 2 spots on iTunes and is currently #20 onthe overall album charts. But of course, we can't forget that there arejust as many Canadian BoA fans as there are American BoA fans. In fact,BoAjjang was started by three Canadians (founder Coolin, founder Jonnie, & retired co-founder Akirakenshin). Our favorite pop princess is #3 in the Canadian iTunes Pop genre and #16 overall.
Ona different note, it has become apparent that many BoAjjang members andfans alike have been having trouble finding BoA's album in their localstores. Many have called these stores and had gotten the reply that thealbum was backordered and they will probably have the shipment in aweek or two. Other lucky members were able to find them in Best Buy andTarget stores, who only held an average of 3 copies, some even drove 40miles for it! Our suggestion is to wait a week or two and call yourlocal stores to see if they are finally carrying it. If you'reimpatient, order your physical copy via Amazon or iTunes. Please keep in mind that "I Did It For Love ft. Sean Garrett" (Track 1) and "Did Ya" (Track 3) cannot be purchased through iTunes and can only be found on the physical album, whereas Track 12 (Eat You Up (DJ Escape & Johnny Vicious Remix)) can be found on iTunes, but not on the physical album.

 In other news, Japan still loves BoA! Despite her serious jetlag, BoA shows that she loves her fans in Asia dearly and has compiled her 2nd "Best" album, BEST&USA. The album released today in Japan and, according to the Oricon Charts, sold 29,433 units taking #1 on its first day!
 Areminder to BoAjjang members that BoA will be having another liveperformance at University City Walk in California on March 21ststarting at 6:30PM! The first 125 people will have the chance to meet and receive a signed poster from BoA herself!So if you were one of those people that were going to head out to theVirgin Megastores for her autograph, but couldn't because of the circumstances, here's your chance! BoA also announced on KIIS FM with BOYTOY Jesse that she will be signing autographs at the Forever21 store in Pasadena, California the day after her University City Walk performance! On Monday, March 23rd, she will perform at the World Baseball Classic finals game at Dodger Stadium. In the interview, we find out that the best thing about being an International Star for her are one, the fans and, two, the concerts!

MTV Iggy presented BoA's performance of her popular song Girls on Top on March 24th. Tonight at 8PM EST (5PM PST California fans), MTV Iggy will be releasing the long awaited 1 hour special of the same event on their website for your viewing! A shorter version of the same event will also be aired on Iggy TV tonight!
According to our sources, MTV Iggy will be having a "BoA Marathon". For the next three days, there will be nothing but videos, pictures, and anything related to BoA on their front page! Click the MTV Iggy banner at the top of this post for easy access to their website.

BoA's long awaited musicvideo of her 2nd single "I Did It For Love" has finally been released!The music video has been delayed again and again. Rumors had it thatthe reason why it was taking so long was because the video was goingthrough editing to make sure it came out great. But was the long waitworth it for BoA fans? Hell yes!
The theme of the music video is water, mystique, and black. Whereas the teasergave us "mystique" and "black", we can finally understand the waterconcept! BoA and co. disappears and reappears into water before ourvery eyes. There's so much to say about this music video, but we'll letyou see for yourself.

BoA must really love our administrator, anathel, to release the music video now because today's his birthday! BoA had the MV out for love...she did it for love...anathel's love!

BoA in Japan! "Boys On Top" Performed by SHINee

 It seems that BoA will be promoting in Japan once again with her upcoming single, "BUMP BUMP!" ft. Verbal of M-flo. The single is set to be released on October 28th as a CD and CD+DVD! BoA will be performing on Music Station on the 16th of October and is said to be performing both "Love Bug" and her new single, "BUMP BUMP!". So mark your calendars! For new BoA fans, "Love Bug"was a collaboration with BoA and M-flo which was released in 2004.M-flo consists of two members, [MC] Verbal and DJ Taku Takahashi.Verbal is the producer of and featured in BoA's "BUMP BUMP!".
OnOctober 11th, Fuji TV will finally be broadcasting J-WAVE LIVE 2000+9.Many BoA fans are hoping that they will broadcast BoA's performance.J-WAVE LIVE took place on August 14th where BoA sang a total of SIXsongs! She performed "Eat You Up", "Energetic", "Make A Secret", "Eien", "I Did It For Love", and "QUINCY".
Inother news, it's time for Chuseok in BoA's home country (Korea)! Forthose who have no idea what Chuseok is, think of it as the KoreanThanksgiving equivalent. The three major broadcast companies in Korea(MBC, SBS, KBS) have planned Chuseok special shows and has invited thetop stars! KBS's "Shall We Dance" (similar to "Dancing with the Stars") will have celebrities dancing to the Paso Doble , the Samba, the Quickstep, and etc. SBS will have a special event called "Chuseok Special Idol Big Show" and will feature So Nyeo Shi Dae, Big Bang, 2NE1, SHINee, 4minute, and others.
However, out of all these companies, MBC has the most exciting one for BoA fans! MBC is coming back with the popular "Star Dance Battle"!Unfortunately, BoA will not be attending the show to blow everyone awaywith her amazing dancing skills. However, fellow SM-ers, SHINee, hasshown that BoA has not been forgotten in Korea! They will be performinga parody of BoA's hit, "Girls On Top", as "Boys On Top".They have also re-written some of the lyrics to the song. Korea hasbeen taken over by girl groups for the past year, almost making the boybands extinct...2NE1, 4minute, T-ara, KARA, SNSD, Brown Eyed Girls,Jewelry, After School, etc...

Lastbut not least, we hope that BoA gets some time to rest during Chuseok,as it is a holiday to spend with family. Hopefully, she gets to go backto Korea for a break and spend some time with her new nephew.

BoA has just released her new Japanese Promotional Video for thesong "BUMP BUMP! feat.VERBAL(m-flo." She sports her new short hair inthis video, which she has not done in her almost 10 years as an artist!(not counting the wigs)...
Watch BoA dance with creepy zombie,ghoul-like dancers and listen to her voice without a vocoder again,finally, after the jump!
I did not except the zombie dancers at all and was pleasantlysurprised when they showed up. The dance moves are very powerful andthe song is funky and different. Many fans believe that the zombiedancers are an homage to the late Michael Jackson, and I can definitelysee the influence.
The song is different and fresh, though it is unfortunate she cannotrelease this as a US track. It seems the track has a minor sample ofRob Base and DJ EZ Rock's "It takes two." This release seems morefitting to BoA's style than the tracks she has released in America.Hopefully this song will be successful and prove that BoA is still thetop female artist in Asia.

Round 1 is finally over for BoAjjang's "Name that Music Video" contest and we are now onto round 2! This time, BoAjjangs, you have 10 snapshots to identify this time!
Round 1 - 5 caps

Round 5 - 30 caps
Remember, music videos are able to repeat throughout the whole entire contest. Also, I wanted to remind some BoAjjangers, you must specify the version of the music video if the Japanese/Korean/English versions are visually different. I didn't take any points off if you forgot this in the last round, however, from now on I will make no exceptions.
