mengikut penceritaan ni.....
memang dexa ni dah cukup senior giler dlm bidang ni........
ni dah tinggal 2 minggu nak pi KLIM...
dah injury kat dua belah kaki..
dah 4 hari tak training...........masak la sok.....
perghhh...dah start swiming lak....
lih la join powerman akan datang........
hulamak ada masuk surat kabar....
kasi paste la...
share ngan member2 kat sini.....
huyooo...hebat penah masuk tanggathon...
apsal ari tu towerthon tak join....
lih tahan jugak wooo....
tak senior mana pun. tapi saya dah lari sejak dari college lagi -
and i love the sport - (masa 12 years old dah start masuk race)
ahhhhhhhh jaga sikit kaki tu ye.. harap okay nanti...
jangan do too much.. a day before the run - kena rehat
buat slow jog 3km pun dah okay -
saya tak boleh join all those swimming competition cuz not
strong enough plus saya takut air laut .. dulu yang 2km kat
desaru first and last saya buat - tu pun sebab guard tu saya
minta ikut belakang saya... (tak ada dekat sangat - tapi watch
my swim sebab saya takut tetiba panic tengah laut) -
nak paste ke - segan lak .. neo bukan tak tahu forum ni -
nanti ntah apa2 orang cakap - yang tak kenal saya pun dah mencaci
maki.. ini kan lagi letak gambar pergi tri terrain - mengundang bencana
jawabnya -- gs -
hari tu kan ke saya on hols - register tapi dan dapat t shirt dia -
dah masuk few times dah.. dulu dapat g shock (masa tu pun yu fang menang)
saya kenal dgn yu fang - kitorang sama2 race kat kg gajah dekat pasir salak dulu -
best larian tu - masuk kampung semua..about 12km - jumpa ular lak tu ishhh -
a good experience i must add - |

kalau saya nk start running ni apa yg perlu buat?? join pacesetters or hashers dulu??
dlm website hashers group klang valley mmg banyak.. tp dorang x update... so, x tau mana yg masih aktif...
lg satu saya ada knee problem sikit saja.. tak teruk sgt... kalau pg trekking tu sengal2 la jugak...

Ikut jenis running yg ko suka.
Hashing - lari trail dalam jungle, macam x-country, macam genting trailblazers.
Running - mostly refers to road running atao long distance running.
Tapi dedua pun running gak.
Yg nombor satu paling penting - go get a pair of good running shoes yg fit dengan ko punya running mechanism.
Ko boleh tanya adidas malaysia, depa boleh bagi test ikut bentuk tapak kaki & cara ko landing, baru buleh dapat running shoes yg sesuai.
Org selalu take for granted running shoes ni, tapi sebenarnya kasut lari paling penting. Kalo pakai kasut yg tak sesuai senang dapat injury.
Yg nombor dua, mulakan pagi besok. Jangan tunggu-tunggu. Go for 1 km, lepas tu tingkatkan. Ikut ko punya pace, jangan push, jangan nak lumba ngan org. For beginners, paling penting jangan overdo, jangan too much too soon, or you'll risk getting injured.
Kalau rajin, research sikit pasal posture masa lari, pasal striding dan over-striding.
Long distance running ni tak perlu berlari macam sprinters, tapi pace kena consistent dan yg penting, breathing kena EVEN & DEEP sebab kita nak guna sebanyak oksigen yg mungkin. Kalu breathing tak keruan, tak control, nanti kena side-stitch (sakit tepi perut tu).
Cuba dulu, peh tu mai repot kat sini.
Amaran: KO AKAN TER-ADDICTED. |

Correction: running shoes, buat permulaan, pastikan ianya RUNNING shoes, bukan kasut tenis ya.
Kalau maleh nak tanya adidas, ko boleh beli dulu apa2 kasut lari, cuba pakai sebagai permulaan.
I would recommend Nike atau NewBalance.
Aku personally sesuai ngan Nike, walaupun dah cuba Adidas, NB.
Tingin nak cuba Asics tapi mahal bebeno.
Kasut lari tahan 500-700km gitu je...so, kalo ko serius dengan running, esp competitive running, ko fahamlah kat mana kena invest...kasut wo! |

Lagi satu, kalo nak start running, tak yah join mana-mana pun tak pe.
Running is a democratic sport, can be done anywhere, anytime and by anyone.
Aku walaupun ahli PACM, tapi selalunya training sensorang je, kecuali kalo rajin pegi Bukit Aman.
Ko pakai je pakaian yg sesuai dan sepasang kasut lari, keluar rumah, dan lari.
Lebih mudah kalo ko lelaki.
Kalo pompuan ada safety issue sikit.
