ohh..
dah nak dekat sebulan stop jogging....
slalu jogging kat pantai..
tak pakai kasut pon..
taktau la brape jauh lari..
main lari  je...
skarang nak lari pon kurang sket...
hujan satu..nak keje dah satu.....boring pon satu..malas pon satu..ekeke.....
sepupu saye masuk larilari nih...(pasal die gak la sedikit sebanyak bagi semangat nak lari)
manemane comp ade la die..
dapat la jugak sijil dan medal..
basikal pon ade gak...
tapi sejak die keje die dah stop dah join..
die kate pagi petang jogging kat bukit ampang...
mase tu tak keje lagi.....
badan dari 6pack jai 1pack dah skarang..haha....

hmm...ko ada buat long run tak tiap-tiap minggu?selalu kalau ko buat long run berape km?
ooo...just what i tot about this hash club...."a drinking club with a running problem"-hehehe. thats one way of good balance diet...this is so like freemasonry...hehehe.mesti diorang ni takde beer belly kan?


macam saya cakap tadi
usually sundays will be long run
(or saturday - sebab kita try saturday pulak  kan)
2 hrs is good --
or about 20 km  -
once a week longrun is advisable for runners --

tapi for beginners - 10km is good enuff though -
sebab tak nak injury -

lol@about hash club --
depa memang cam tu ---

saya suka part yang makan2 saja -
part lain -- saya balik rumah --

itu duduk kat gym layan minum (free refill sampai kembung)...
baca paper...
usha awek (ni paling favourite,nak-nak plak yang tengah buat yoga,melentik ooo...)
borak-borak ngan receptionist...
duduk dalam steam room...
grooming...
abis la 5 hours kat gym...hehe

join gym sebab nak usha awek

ha - kalau nak successful -
masa usha tu - buat buat angkat dumbell
(angkat yang sebijik 10kg tu) buat buat macam berat aje --
- memang berat pun -
IMPRESS kan la sikit awek awek tu
sambil  bina muscle --

tapi nampak ur body is good --  rasanya kalau
banyak lari lagi   memang fit habis  ni --
good for you!!

hehe...ishhh akak ni buat malu je angkat 10 kg depan awek...kurang-kurang pun kena angkat 95 kg,baru la awek tu teruja...
