alopp... slamat tahun baru.. ekekeke sempat lagi crita pasal wayang tuh.. heheh.. klmarathon sebelum pertandingan nih dia buat 3 kali sirkit kan? taknak join ka?  triathlon tuh teringin betul nak masuk.. tapi apakan daya aku x reti berenang.. eh kalo berenang pakai pelampung leh x? ekeke.. lepas raya haji nih makan daging lembu kerbau banyak pulak, rasa kembung dah perut nih... nak naik umah tingkat 4 pon slow dah.. ahakss.. :ting:

ekekeke.. x leh pakai pelampung ek? life jacket pon x leh ke? hehehe.. dah tgk dah.. rasanya x join sirkit tuh.. emmm baru rasa ok sikit kaki nih.. kalo tak, nak bangun lepas mencangkug rasa sakit giler... nak taknak kena carik jamban duduk.. kekeke.. rasa dah ok ,rasa excited laks nak panjat gunung nih.. emmm sesape dok bangi n kjg tuh kot sesenang jom arr sesama jog kat tmn tasik chempaka ek..eh, ahad ada lagi ka senamrobik kat tasik tu ek?.. emmm

wow...ak minat gk lari ni...
penah masuk mase skolah rendah....dlm 5km...dpt no 5...
skolah menengah lari bukit kt perak...bukit per tah...dpt no 100000000000000
x ingt no brapa...sbb nyer...ak berenti msuk sukan mase form 4 sbb kwn ak sume dpt 8A,7A PMR....
ak sorang jer 6A....
so ak nekad nk belajar mase form 4..hehehe...tp dpt skolah asrama ak trus lupe niat ak....
jd pemalas...mase form5 cube join sukan blik...sume stamina pemende da xder...
org yg dulu ak menang...pn da kalah ngan dier...

tp skang ak da aktif sukan lik skit2...
rase stamina da dpt blik....alhamdulillah....

sori tercieita panjang...
tp mmg teringin nk lari2 ni...
kalo ade event leh tlg highligh or rajin msg kt mus...
tq....

mus ni laki....masih blajaq...kt ipta...

aku baca dalam net,derang kata kalau kita lari lama-lama boleh blister kat nipple dan celah kaki becoz of chaffing...is it true?

wei pagi tadi aku lari ikut "runners" tak larat aku nak kejar...laju siot....

tapi pukul berapa start tu --
mesti pagi sangat --
mungkin yang duduk area sana boleh gi --

saya for sure tak boleh --

tapi jika hai tak free join la kitorang lari
kat  titiwangsa dan tasik permaisuri  ye --
kita mungkin buat ni once a week

kalau musang duduk di KL
boleh la kita semua lari sama2 ramai ramai
kita bagus la  - lari bukit tu
bukit larut ka?? (maxwell hill)
saya masuk larian kat situ a couple of years ago -
penat  but a great run -
about 16km rasanya -- not so bad --

ha - nanti post kat sini kalau interested
nak join  kita lari once aweek   either kat
KLCC or tasik titiwangsa ka -

best kalau ramai ramai -
ada sikit semangat tu -

can happen digweed --
sebab tu kena letak lotion kat sekitar nipple tu
and kalau boleh spray kaki tu before pakai socks --
tapi tu yang serious runners yang sokmo lari
kalau kita tak sokmo sangat -- tak ada la sampai cam tu -
blisters  cuma kasut yang baru --

so bila beli kasut baru - kena use it few times before
bawa untuk racing --  biar 'open' it first --

dex.. bg lerr contoh2 jadual training ko... n kalo yg beginner mcm mana laks training n jadual yg sesuai..yg injured mcm aku nih laks mcm mana laks....

malam ni saya bagi contoh saya punya
half marathon training -
untuk intermediate pun saya ada -

untuk yang injured macam hai - saya akan
dapatkan juga -- kalau knee tak ada problem
saya 'ok'  kalau u lari - tapi kalau knee you ada
problem  - i wont agree -- kalau back problem
yang tak serious and still can be massaged --
boleh lagi  jogging -- in fact wud be good for the
spine on your back --

nanti bila saya dah dapat complete timetable
i shall post it for us -- and sama2 boleh alter
and see whats suit whom --

hai  ada still gi massage tak    for your back?

yup yang lotion derang pakai tu namanya bodyglide dan vaseline.but derang prefer bodyglide lagi...yang vaseline tu aku ada jumpa kat guardian tapi bodyglide tak pernah jumpa plak....
