cs is my 1st experience in working...konon nyer nk buat cs ni just jumping stone to another job...
so never give up to find a new job..mmg byk apply..byk gak lepas smpi interview...tp offer hmpeh..
ada yg company yg bg -ve impression pasal cs ni..
tp tak perlu putus asa...so make it as challenges.. |

hurm menarik... if u dont mind me askin ur highest qualification apa eh.. n u kerja cs nie for how long.... n skrg kerja u gaj n environement n da kerja its self lebihi menarik lagi dari cs ke.. juz nak tau for future development.. lol
oo n then kan.. babe dapat call suruh gi trainin for astro but they payin rm8 per hour? bukan dia org patut kasi gaji tetap ke? im still decidin nie... memang macam tu ke gaji dia.. i tot it should be ok.. |

highest qualification-degree je, nak smbung lagi malas..nk cari experience keje dulu..

FYI astro ada sub dia nyer customer service kat 1 company SFG
(maxis pn guna company ni utk support dorg nyer cs..tp sfg ni hampeh skit...main belasah je bg info kat customer..
dorg mmg akan g training kat astro bukit jalil...tp masa training slamba badak dia je...nnti jwp call dorg belasah je...
yg kena kitorg le kat centre ABC (all asia broadcast centre)...
kalu under sfg - benefit astro staff dorg tak dpt le..sbb bkn under astro..dia under company sfg..
i mmg under astro..some of the benefits astro:
3set astro, meal allowance, shift allowance, epf 15% employer contribution, medical no limits for spouse also (tu yg best-operation bape ribu pn dorg tanggung)..byk la lagi benefits... |

normally maxis amik temp staff/contract...
so u tak dpt all the benefit..just i think GPRS connection u get it
(but not sure sgt, sbb ramai gak member dr maxis masuk astro, coz astro offer permnt job)
but base on salary maxis give higher than astro (maxis n astro ni kira adik bradik-tan sri ananda krishnan nyer company)
masa intrvw tak byk tnya sgt..tp buat le rujukan how to handle difficult customer..
pastu what are the attribute to become a good cs..dulu masa intvw dorg ada gak tnya..

just nak share experience..
kalau nak keja hsbc cyberjaya call center kena prepared mentally - omputih2 esp aus & nz really discriminates asian. they can simply say they want to speak to 'someone who speaks REAL english' and refuse to proceed talking to you.
anyways, the experience yg u can get mmg sgt precious coz hsbc provides full training, not like some place yg expect u to do work after about 1 week of 'buddying'. |

yes .. very true.
But watever it is just be comfortable with yourself. Kalau u nak kerja kat local company maybe u can just speaks english the way malaysian do, like with all the "lah", and stuff.
But kalau nak pergi interview kat mnc company u better watch out your language and use a better selections of words.. |

Dress conventionally..
- wear shirts (kemeja) with pants or skirts. Make sure the shirts doesnt have bold design or very stylo artwork
- Skirt has to be about knee lenght. Not shorter than that.
- Wear shoes that covers your feet, better still the one yang ada heels skit. Dont wear sandals or slippers.
- Make sure ur hair is tied neatly
- Ur nails have to be clean
- Dont wear too much perfurme, overempowering
- Bring a pen
and during the interview please switch off your hp.. |

and to ladies, pakaila make-up 'secukup rasa' ok... ur appearance will make a difference! and pls leave ur bling-blings at home coz they're not gonna impress the interviewer at all... |
