Mari sama2 meletakkn soalan2 lazim inerbiu... utk rujukan adik2 & diri kt sendiri supaya sentiasa berwaspada dan tidak lagi ter errr..err... err.. semasa di interbiu... :lol

saya nak share sikit pasal experience masa gi interview kat company mat saleh...1st interview ( sesi nie dipanggil get to know you) biasa la tanya psl latar belakang,pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, knape nak berhenti dr keje kat company skg, brape gaji mintak, cerita pasal company dia yg kita tau, berapa notis berhenti kerje nak bagi....simple interview dgn bakal HOD & HR....lps 2 minggu diorg panggil utk 2nd interview (nie plak dipanggil why & why interview)....nie interview dgn bakal HOD, GM & MD...mula2 biasala verita pasal latar belakang..bla....kendian tanya apa nak jadi 5 thn akan dtg, apa yg telah, sedang, akan dibuat utk capai matlamat tu, kenapa pilih mtlamat tu, kenapa percaya co. tu boleh bg peluang utk capai matlamat tu, tanya apa yg tahu(aktiviti utama) sykt, boleh ke aktiviti tu sebabkan co. maju...last sekali suruh bagi ulasan pasal sykt berdasarkan annual report tu dr segi ratio,& forecast...klu nak tau interview nie mmg dlm keadaan tegang...esspecially dgn MD...menda yg senang pun jd susah..baru explain sikit dah kene tanya, kenapa & kenapa...dekat 1 jam gak...diorg expect jawapan yg meyakinkan, dan ada pemikiran yg kritis..wallahualam...

My favorite question.  - Why did you leave or are leaving your last job?

What I usually get...

becuase...
I want to look for other experience.
I want to try something else
the company has wound up/closed down/downsizing
for a better salary

What I expect - I have acquired quite an amount of experience and knowledge working in so and so company and would like to upgrade myself. The amount of time I have spent in that company has reached a level where I do not see myself growing whereas I have a lot more to offer.

Note: if you have for a year or two, this answer won't help. Long enough could be from 4 - 5 yrs. By the way, you should know when you are no longer growing and why.

Never tell your interviewer that want to leave your present job or have left because you are/were bored. If you can be bored at one place, you will feel the same " here".

OK guys, I'll come back here later with more questions and answers. Got to get some rest now.

Sherrina, soalan-soalan spt kat atas tu mmg soalan yg selalu ditanya tp company saya xder la smpai 2 3 kali interview.......sekali arung je tanye.

klu agak2 lama atau kejap jer sesi interview tu so paham2 sendiri la

sbnrnyer saye ni krg menyoal org, ader staff lain yg byk tanyer.......saye lebih kpd memerhati individu yg diinterview.

mase interview mcm2 gaya yg dpt kite tgk, kdg2 naik letih mata, ader yg goyang2 badan, ayun2 kaki, tgn siap wat gaya mcm nk berhujah.......macam2. klu x sabar mmg fed up rasenyer......

ape yg boleh saye cadangkan, selain drp bersedia nk menjawab soalan, belajar/baca etika yg perlu diamalkan ketika interview. ia  salah satu aspek penting sbb interviewer akan tgk u all punyer body language

sherry pernah ditanya..semasa interview my present job..
..what is your expectation from the company and do you think u can work independently..
mengelabah gak nak jawab..tp dia org bukannya pentingkan jawapan..dia nak tgk kita punya communication skill..nak tgk cara kita bercakap..confident ke tak..bantai ajelahh..but within the context..

sapa ntah...dia mesti tanyer soklan ni kalau interview org...

DURING THE INTERVIEW

-Don't screw up the first 5 minutes as it is extremely important!

-The first impression you give is the crucial one. The interviewer can easily judge you by that.

-Firm handshake, greet with a smile and make eye contact with the interviewer.

-Wait until interviewer gives the cues, eg: wait till you're invited to sit down.

-The moment you walk in, you are instantly evaluated. From the way you walk, talk, dress, sit, everything plays a part in the impression you give.

-Pay attention at all times.

-Show that you are confident and portray a positive attitude. Even if you think that the interview is not going well, never show your discouragement.

-Show that you have done your "homework"!

-Sell yourself! Make clear of your strengths. Maximize the positive and minimize the negative.

-Be honest!

2. Can you explain why you chose your major?
3. Can you identify your strengths?
4. Can you identify your weaknesses?
5. Can you talk about your teamwork and leadership experiences?
6. Can you name the activities you do well in?
7. Can you list at least 5 job skills and abilities you have?
8. Can you list contributions and the things you have accomplished for each of your most important job related experience?
