tolong2..macamane nk tmbah berat badan??

tolong2..sape2 bleh tolong saye..ni masalh yg sgt berat...baygkan..ketinggian sy 165cm tp berat badan 35kg je..puas sy makan tp berat xnaik2..nk cube appeton weight gain,tp mmber ckp die xberkesan...kalu korg tgk tangan aku..same je mcm ranting kayu...nak pakai seluar pon malu coz mcm ranting bergerak...tolong3...

bleh cuba minum milkshake herbalife 3x shari selepas makan, boleh seimbangkan berat dgn ketinggian, disamping tu utk kesihatan dalaman jgk. kalau berminat nak cuba boleh pm kt saya...

saya rasa kan,,,,,,awak amik la protein lebih
DaGinG Merah-dain lembu ke,,nanti cepat la naik@badan berisii,,bukan emuk lemak tau.

makan la telur rebus ke,,kalau tahan,,makan la ayam rebus banyak2,,,,1week boleh naik 2,3kG he he,bukan lembik dGn lemak,,tapi daGinG  kental

Herbalife tu cam pelik plak.. kalau nak tambah berat badan, minum milkshake tu lepas makan.. kalau nak kurus, minum milkshake before makan. abistu kalau yg nak berisi, minum milkshake tu pastu kalau makan2 ringan pastu, tak pasal2 lagi kurus.

rasenya tak byk beza kalau makan herbalife. dia supplement je.

cuba u byk makan in between meals.. tak kisah la makan ape2.. sure nanti berselera makan n naik badan.

bukan mcm tu...kalau nak kurus dgn herbalife jgn makan apa2 dah lpas ambik herbalife shake tu as ur meal. cara nak kurus ambik herbalife shake ni 2x shari n 1x je bleh mkn cam biasa. tapi kalau nak naikkn berat badan ambik herbalife shake ni SELEPAS makan atau bila2 aje...xkisah 2-3x shari...

depp...pitt dlu pun kurus gak...
hahahha...
dengan ketinggian 165 cm...tp berat 40 kg aje~!! dr zaman skolah sampai la nk masuk keje...
mcm2 dah vitamin makan....appeton weight gain pun dah rembat 3-4 tin...tak menjadi jgk~!!
ari2 mkn telur...tak gumuk2 gak...
dah naik lenguh tau 24jam dok mengunyah je...
but u know wut...since pitt dah keje ni...
setiap pagi pitt akan sarapan dlu....
tak main la kuih muih ni....
pagi2 lg pitt dah mkn nasi goreng/nasi lemak...
then lunch hour mkn nasi lagi....
then afta blk keje tu kalo blh mkn la kuih ke..pisang goreng ke...yg ringan2...
then dinner makan nasi lg....
janji setiap pagi kene mkn nasi jgk tau...
mmg mujarab....berat badan pitt naik~!!
berat badan pitt skrg dh 48 kg....
nmpk comei skit nk pakai kebaya kan...
skrg ni seluar n baju pitt byk yg tak muatt~!!
jenuh tiap2 bln nk beli baju baru lg...

iena pun ada mslah yg sama dgn depp..berat iena 35kg gak..ada yg pggl iena ranting kayu la..bengang je dgr:@
mkn byk je hari2,tapi x mau naik berat badan..
kalo nk shoping mmg ssh especialy seluar..eeiii..tension

kalau selera makan kuat tp badan still kurus, kena lah buat check up especially thyroid funtion test..
selain itu dpengaruhi jugak dgn kadar metabolisma badan..kalau tinggi, kuat makan badan still kurus.
genetik salah satu faktor, makan byk mane pun kalau dh gen mcm tu kenalah accept
