Carigali as in oil? If I'm not mistaken the term is drilling so maybe it can be translated as Drilling Expenses?

it states "perbelanjaan mencarigali" ONLY...so i think the word drilling is more suitable...TQ....

what about Berkanun?..

if berkanun itself it means 'mempunyai peraturan sendiri' --
but for pendapatan berkanun --
possibly  independent income? i am not sure
but i will find out more later   if no one gets the
answer yet --

tenQ dexa...

actually it must be something connected to Company Act/legal, as under heading: PART C- " Pendapatan Berkanun dan Jumlah Pendapatan", the sub heading is: " Pendapatan Berkanun Perniagaan" and " Pendapatan Berkanun Perkongsian"...

pendapatan berkanun = statutory income
can't quite figure out the proper translation for "pendapatan carigali"
if you could please let me know which "box"/which specific section in Form B that contains this "pendapatan carigali", it might be easier for me to find out the proper english translation

pinoe, perbelanjaan carigali is "qualifying prospecting expenditure" according to the english version of Form B from the IRB's website   perhaps you can download the Form B guidebook from www.hasil.org.my .   Now, this reminds me that the IRB still owes me last year's double tax deduction :@

btw pinoe, i'm assuming that this translation thingy was due by COB last Friday.. eh.. can't be by close-of-business since you posted your question after 6pm... ok,  by end of last friday, 11.59pm...   (just an assumption).
